采用上述技术方案后, 本发明的围栏装置十分便于拆卸。 当支管与立柱管 座采用枢接连接的方式时, 该围栏装置可以处于三种不同的位置, 当围栏装置 的支管处于伸展位置、 竖直固定时, 在支管上设置网, 可对蹦床的使用者起到 保护; 当围栏装置的支管与立柱管座倾斜设置时, 将各个支管的顶部固定住, 再用防水罩将支管的四周围住, 则本发明可以作为帐篷使用; 当围栏装置的支 管处于折叠位置时, 便于存放和运输。
在一种优选的实施方式中, 本发明的围栏装置和蹦床均可以折叠, 并且围 栏装置的支管折叠后恰好容置在蹦床的第一周边框架和第二周边框架之间, 充 分地节省了空间, 并方便了搬运。 附图概述

如图 1所示, 本发明的带有围栏装置的蹦床, 包括围栏装置 1和蹦床 2, 围栏装置 1包括设置在蹦床 2的周围的多根可折叠的立柱 10,立柱的数量例如 可以是 6到 10根。 蹦床 2包括床架 21及跳布 22, 跳布 22的周缘通过多根弹 簧 23与床架 21相连。 立柱 10包括立柱管座 1 1和支管 12, 支管 12与立柱管 座 1 1枢接, 可在伸展位置与折叠位置之间转动, 且支管 12可向内折叠; 立柱 管座 11与床架 2相连接。 在本发明的一种优选实施方式中, 如图 5A至 5C所 示, 支管 12的下端插在立柱管座 1 1内, 立柱管座可采用与支管具有相同几何 形状的管材, 例如方形、 圆形等。 立柱管座 11 的内侧从顶部向下开设有一缺 口 110, 在该立柱管座 11上形成一阻挡支管 12 向外侧转动的弧形凸板 112。 弧形凸板 112与支管 12对应地分别设有两对通孔 13、 14, 其中, 通孔 13位于 通孔 14的上方, 且位于支管 12下方的一对通孔 14为长条形通孔; 立柱管座 11与支管 12通过穿设于通孔 13内的紧固件 15以及穿设于通孔 14内的紧固件 16相互连接, 这些紧固件可以是螺栓、 开口销等。 最好是, 紧固件 15采用容 易拆卸的紧固件。 在一种较佳实施方式中, 紧固件 15为卡簧。 紧固件 16采用 螺栓。 在另一种较佳实施方式中, 穿过通孔 13和通孔 14的紧固件均采用可松 脱的止动销。 当支管 12处于伸展位置时, 如图 1所示, 卡簧的两个弹卡柱 151 穿过弧形凸板 1 12与支管 12上的通孔, 此时可在支管 12上设置网, 对蹦床的 使用者起到保护; 当将卡簧的两个弹卡柱 151从弧形凸板 1 12上的通孔 13 中 退出后, 则支管 12可以绕螺栓 16 向内侧转动。 此时, 可以将各个支管 12倾 斜到某一角度后, 将支管的上端用一顶罩固定, 支管 12保持在该倾斜的位置, 再用防水罩将支管的四周围住, 则本发明的带有围栏装置的蹦床能作为帐篷使 用, 如图 2所示。 可将支管 12设置为可伸缩式的, 能够灵活地进行伸长和缩 短。 图 4示出了本发明的顶罩 3的结构。 该顶罩 3包括一弧形顶部 31及设置 在该弧形顶部 31周向的多根短管 32,这些短管的内径和位置与支管 12相匹配, 支管 10可以插入在短管 32 内。 当支管 12处于折叠位置时, 如图 3所示, 便 于存放和运输。
作为一种优选方式, 本发明的蹦床 2也是折叠式的。 这样, 当围栏装置与 蹦床同时处于折叠状态时, 能够最大限度地起到便于拆卸、 减小占用空间、 便 于运输的功效。 如图 1 所示, 床架 21 包括第一周边框架 21 1、 第二周边框架 212以及支承第一周边框架和第二周边框架的多条床腿 213,第一周边框架 211 与第二周边框架 212枢接, 在图 1 中, 蹦床 2处于使用状态。 各床腿 213包 括床腿管座 213a及与床腿管座 213a枢接的脚管 213b, 脚管 213b脚管可在伸 展位置与折叠位置之间转动, 并可向内折叠; 床腿管座 213a设置在第一周边框 架 21 1或第二周边框架 212的底面上。 围栏装置 1可以与蹦床 2采用多种不同的连接方式。 图 6A示出了本发明 的围栏装置与蹦床的第一种连接方式的示意图。 立柱管座 1 1与床架 21的上表 面悍接连接, 床腿管座 213a与床架 21的下表面悍接连接。 较佳的是, 在床架 21的周向外壁上套设有一套管 215,立柱管座 1 1与床腿管座 213a悍接在该套管 上。 图 6B 示出了本发明的围栏装置与蹦床的第二种连接方式的示意图。 立柱 管座 1 1与相对应的床腿管座 213a通过一 U形夹 216相互连接, U形夹套设于 立柱管座 1 1 与床腿管座 213a 的外圆周面上, U形夹的开口端通过螺栓 216a 连接。 为了连接更加稳固, 也可在立柱管座 1 1与床腿管座 213a的外圆周面上 套设两个 U形夹 216, 然后用用螺栓 216a分别连接这两个 U形夹 216的开口 端,如图 6C所示。 图 6D示出了本发明的围栏装置与蹦床的另一种连接方式, 如 图所示, 立柱管座 1 1与床腿管座 213a悍接在一起。 图 6E示出了本发明的围栏 装置与蹦床的再一种连接方式,在该连接方式中,立柱管座 1 1与床腿管座 213a 通过同时穿过该立柱管座与床腿管座的两个螺栓 218固定连接。
在图 6A至 6E中, 床腿管座 213a与脚管 213b采用了枢接的方式, 其结构 近似于立柱管座 1 1与支管 12的枢接结构。 图 7A更详细地示出了这种连接方 式。脚管 213b的上端插在床腿管座 213a内; 床腿管座 213a的内侧从底部向上 开设有一缺口 2130, 在床腿管座 213a上形成一阻挡脚管 213b向外侧转动的弧 形凸板 2132,弧形凸板 2132与脚管 213b对应地分别设有两对通孔 2133、2134, 其中, 通孔 2133位于另一对通孔 2134的上方。 床腿管座 213a与脚管 213b通 过穿设于通孔 2133内的紧固件 2135以及穿设于通孔 2134内的紧固件 2136相 互连接, 这些紧固件可以是螺栓、 开口销、 可松脱的止动销等。 最好是, 紧固 件 2136采用容易拆卸的紧固件,如卡簧, 紧固件 2135可采用螺栓。 图 7A所示 的脚管 213b处于伸展位置, 此时, 卡簧的两个弹卡柱 151穿过弧形凸板 2132 与脚管 213b上的通孔; 当将卡簧的两个弹卡柱从弧形凸板 2132上的通孔 2134 中退出后, 则脚管 213b可以绕螺栓 2135向内侧折叠。
床腿管座 213a与脚管 213b还可采用插拔式连接的方式, 如图 7B所示, 床腿管座 213a的外壁与对应的脚管 213b的外壁之间还连接有一钢丝绳 213c。 脚管 213b 的顶部设有一与床腿管座 213a 的内径相匹配的插接部, 脚管 213b 通过该插接部插入床腿管座 213a 内。 当需要分开床腿管座 213a与脚管 213b 时, 只需将脚管 213b的插接部从床腿管座 213a内拔出即可, 此时, 床腿管座 213a与脚管 213b仍然通过钢丝绳 213c相连。
围栏装置 1的立柱管座 1 1与支管 12也可采用插拔式连接, 同时在立柱管 座 1 1的外壁与支管 12的外壁之间连接钢丝绳。
图 8A至 8C示出了本发明的第一周边框架 21 1与第二周边框架 212的一种 折叠方式示意图。 本发明的床架 21还包括两个底座 25 (参考图 1), 在每一底 座 25的上表面设有一立杆 26,底座的底面设有一对滚轮 27 ;第一周边框架 21 1 与第二周边框架 212位于立杆 26的两侧并相互对称。 立杆 26的外侧表面的上 方、 中部和下方各设有一个孔 261, 在立杆上套设有一 U形托架 28, U形托架 28包括相对设置的两块 U形翼片 280以及设置在两块 U形翼片之间并滑套于立 杆上的套管 281, U形托架的外侧表面上设有一可将 U形托架锁定在立杆上的 孔内的锁定机构。 在一种优选实施方式中, 该锁定机构包括一固设于 U形托架 28的外侧表面(即外侧 U形翼片的外表面)上的壳体 282和一带有螺纹的插销 283; 在壳体 282的口部设有一螺纹部件 284, 螺纹部件 284与壳体 282螺纹连 接。 插销 283穿过螺纹部件 284、 壳体 282、 U形翼片 280及套管 281, 插销的 前端与立杆上的孔 261相适配。 插销在靠近前端处设有一台阶 283a, 并套设有 弹簧 285, 弹簧 285设置在台阶与螺纹部件的后端面之间。 在插销的后端还设 有一手柄 286。 当插销的前端插入在立杆上的孔 261 内时, 可使 U形托架锁定 在立杆 26上不能上下移动。 当向后拔插销使其前端从孔 261 内退出时, 台阶 283a带动弹簧 285向后退, 弹簧在台阶 283a与螺纹部件 284的后端面之间被 压缩, 此时 U形托架 28可以沿立柱 26上下移动。 其中, 当 U形托架被锁定在 立杆中部的孔 261 内时, 第一周边框架 21 1和第二周边框架 212处于半折叠状 态, 如图 8A和 8C所示; 当 U形托架被锁定在立杆上方的孔 261内时, 第一周 边框架 21 1和第二周边框架 212位于同一水平面上, 本发明蹦床的处于使用状 态, 如图 8B所示; 当 U形托架被锁定在立杆下方的孔 261 内时, 第一周边框 架 21 1和第二周边框架 212处于完全折叠状态。 U形托架 28的两侧分别与第一 周边框架 21 1和第二周边框架 212的端部枢接; 第一周边框架和第二周边框架 与底座之间分别设有第一支杆 253和第二支杆 254, 第一支杆 253和第二支杆 254对称地设置在立杆 26 的两侧, 第一支杆和第二支杆的下端分别与底座 25 通过销轴枢接, 第一支杆 253 的上端与第一周边框架 21 1 之间设有第一托架 291, 第二支杆 254的上端与第二周边框架 212之间设有第二托架 292。 第一托 架 291的两端分别与第一支杆 253的上端和第一周边框架 21 1通过销轴枢接, 第二托架 292的两端分别与第二支杆 254的上端和第二周边框架 212通过销轴 枢接。
为了避免在折叠蹦床时, 蹦床折叠的速度过快造成对操作人员的伤害, 本 发明还设有一折叠减速机构。 如图 8C所示, 在立杆 26的顶部设有一向背面延 伸的凸板 260, 在凸板 260上向下穿设有螺钉 262 ; 在 U形托架 28的背面(即 内侧 U形翼片的表面)设有一凸台 287, 凸台 287上开设有一与螺钉 262相匹配 的螺纹孔 287a。 在 U形托架被锁定在立杆上方的孔 261 内时, 第一周边框架 21 1和第二周边框架 212位于同一水平面上,此时螺钉 262与螺纹孔 287a螺纹 连接, 从而能够防止第一周边框架 21 1和第二周边框架 212快速向下折叠。
本发明的第一周边框架 21 1 和第二周边框架 212 并不限于上述的折叠方 式, 也可以直接采用销钉枢接的方式进行折叠。
图 9A至 9D示出了本发明的围栏装置及蹦床处于完全折叠状态下的示意 图, 此时, 围栏装置的支管折叠后恰好容置在蹦床的第一周边框架和第二周边 框架之间, 充分地节省了空间, 并方便了搬运。
虽然本发明的描述结合了特定的实施例, 但是本领域普通技术人员应该理 解本发明并不限于在此描述的实施例, 并可以进行各种修改和变化而不背离本 发明的精神和范围。 工业应用性
本发明的围栏装置十分便于拆卸。 当支管与立柱管座采用枢接连接的方式 时, 该围栏装置可以处于三种不同的位置, 当围栏装置的支管处于伸展位置、 竖直固定时, 在支管上设置网, 可对蹦床的使用者起到保护; 当围栏装置的支 管与立柱管座倾斜设置时, 将各个支管的顶部固定住, 再用防水罩将支管的四 周围住, 则本发明可以作为帐篷使用; 当围栏装置的支管处于折叠位置时, 便 于存放和运输。

权 利 要 求
1. 一种用于蹦床的可折叠围栏装置, 所述围栏装置包括设置在所述蹦 床的周围的多根立柱, 其特征在于,
各所述立柱包括立柱管座和支管;
所述支管与所述立柱管座枢接, 可在伸展位置与折叠位置之间转动, 并 且可向内折叠。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的围栏装置,
所述支管的下端插在所述立柱管座内;
所述立柱管座的内侧从顶部向下开设有一缺口, 在该立柱管座上形成一 阻挡所述支管向外侧转动的弧形凸板; 所述弧形凸板与所述支管对应地分别 设有两对通孔, 其中, 一对通孔位于另一对通孔的上方, 且位于支管下方的 一对通孔为长条形通孔; 立柱管座与支管通过穿设于所述通孔内的紧固件相 互连接。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的围栏装置, 其特征在于, 穿设于所述弧形凸板和 所述支管的上方的通孔中的紧固件为卡簧; 穿设于弧形凸板和支管的下方的 通孔中的紧固件为螺栓。
4. 如权利要求 1 至 3 中任何一项所述的围栏装置, 其特征在于, 所述支 管为可伸缩式的。
5. —种用于蹦床的可折叠围栏装置, 所述围栏装置包括设置在所述蹦床 的周围的多根立柱, 其特征在于, 各所述立柱包括立柱管座和支管; 所述立柱 管座与所述支管插拔式连接, 且立柱管座的外壁与支管的外壁之间连接有绳 索。
6. 一种蹦床, 包括床架、 跳布和围栏装置, 所述跳布的周缘通过多根弹 簧与所述床架相连; 所述围栏装置包括设置在所述蹦床的周围的多根立柱, 其 特征在于,
各所述立柱包括立柱管座和支管;
所述立柱管座与所述床架相连接; 所述支管与所述立柱管座枢接, 可在伸展位置与折叠位置之间转动, 并且 可向内折叠。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的蹦床, 其特征在于,
所述支管的下端插在所述立柱管座内;
所述立柱管座的内侧从顶部向下开设有一缺口, 在该立柱管座上形成一阻 挡所述支管向外侧转动的弧形凸板; 所述弧形凸板与所述支管对应地分别设有 两对通孔, 其中, 一对通孔位于另一对通孔的上方, 且位于支管下方的一对通 孔为长条形通孔; 立柱管座与支管通过穿设于所述通孔内的紧固件相互连接。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的蹦床, 其特征在于,
穿设于所述弧形凸板和所述支管的上方的通孔中的紧固件为卡簧; 穿设于 所述立柱管座的弧形凸板和所述支管的下方的通孔中的紧固件为螺栓。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的蹦床, 其特征在于, 所述支管为可伸缩式的。
10. 如权利要求 6至 9任何一项所述的蹦床, 其特征在于,
所述床架包括第一周边框架、 第二周边框架以及支承所述第一周边框架和 所述第二周边框架的多条床腿, 第一周边框架与第二周边框架枢接;
各所述床腿包括床腿管座及与所述床腿管座枢接的脚管, 所述脚管可在伸 展位置与折叠位置之间转动, 并可向内折叠;
所述床腿管座设置在所述第一周边框架或第二周边框架的底面上。
11 . 如权利要求 10所述的蹦床, 其特征在于,
所述床架还包括两个底座, 在各底座的上表面设有一立杆, 底座的底面设 有滚轮; 所述第一周边框架与所述第二周边框架位于所述立杆的两侧并相互对 称; 所述立杆的外侧表面至少设有上、 下两个孔, 在立杆上套设有一 U形托架, 所述 u形托架包括两块相对设置的 U形翼片以及设置在两块 U形翼片之间并滑 套于立杆上的套管, U形托架的外侧表面上设有一可将 U形托架锁定在立杆上 的孔内的锁定机构, u 形托架的两侧分别与第一周边框架和第二周边框架的端 部枢接; 第一周边框架和第二周边框架与底座之间分别设有第一支杆和第二支 杆, 所述第一支杆和所述第二支杆对称地设置在立杆的两侧, 第一支杆和第二 支杆的下端分别与底座枢接, 第一支杆的上端与第一周边框架之间设有第一托 架, 第二支杆的上端与第二周边框架之间设有第二托架; 第一托架的两端分别 与第一支杆的上端和第一周边框架枢接, 第二托架的两端分别与第二支杆的上 端和第二周边框架枢接;
其中, 当 u形托架被锁定在立杆上方的孔内时, 第一周边框架和第二周边 框架位于同一水平面上。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的带有围栏装置的蹦床, 其特征在于, 所述的锁定 机构包括一固设于所述 U形托架的外侧表面上的壳体和一插销; 在所述壳体的 口部设有一螺纹部件, 所述螺纹部件与所述壳体螺纹连接; 所述插销穿过所述 螺纹部件、 壳体及套管, 插销的前端与所述立杆上的孔相适配; 所述插销在靠 近前端处还设有一台阶, 并套设有弹簧,所述弹簧设置在台阶与螺纹部件之间。
13. 如权利要求 12 所述的带有围栏装置的蹦床, 其特征在于, 在所述立 杆的顶部设有一向背面延伸的凸板, 在所述凸板上向下穿设有螺钉; 在所述 U 形托架的背面设有一凸台, 所述凸台上开设有一与所述螺钉相匹配的螺纹孔。
14. 如权利要求 10所述的蹦床, 其特征在于, 各立柱管座与床架的上表面 悍接连接, 各所述床腿管座与床架的下表面悍接连接。
15. 如权利要求 10所述的蹦床, 其特征在于, 各立柱管座与相对应的床腿 管座通过 U形夹相互连接,所述 U形夹套设于立柱管座与床腿管座的外圆周面 上, U形夹的开口端通过螺栓连接。
16. 如权利要求 10所述的蹦床, 其特征在于, 各立柱管座与相对应的床腿 管座通过悍接或螺栓相互连接。
17. 按照权利要求 10所述的蹦床, 其特征在于,
所述脚管的上端插在所述床腿管座内;
所述床腿管座的内侧从底部向上开设有一缺口, 在该床腿管座上形成一阻 挡所述脚管向外侧转动的弧形凸板; 所述弧形凸板与脚管对应地分别设有两对 通孔, 其中, 一对通孔位于另一对通孔的上方; 所述床腿管座与所述脚管通过 穿设于所述通孔内的紧固件相互连接。
18. 如权利要求 17所述的蹦床, 其特征在于, 穿设于所述弧形凸板和所述 脚管的上方的通孔中的紧固件为螺栓; 穿设于弧形凸板和脚管的下方的通孔中 的紧固件为卡簧。
19. 按照权利要求 10所述的蹦床, 其特征在于, 所述床腿管座与所述脚管插拔式连接, 且床腿管座的外壁与脚管的外壁之 间连接有绳索。
20. 一种蹦床, 包括床架、 跳布和围栏装置, 所述跳布的周缘通过多根弹 簧与所述床架相连; 所述围栏装置包括设置在所述蹦床的周围的多根立柱, 其 特征在于, 各所述立柱包括立柱管座和支管; 所述立柱管座与所述支管插拔式 连接, 并与所述床架相连接; 且立柱管座的外壁与支管的外壁之间连接有绳索。
