一种帐篷支架 技术领域
本发明涉及户外用品技术领域,特别涉及一种帐篷支架。
背景技术
帐篷作为一种户外休闲用品,由于其具有容易组装、方便携带等优点,受广大户外活动爱好者的喜爱。现有的帐篷通常由数组顶杆和支撑杆构成主体框架,外面套设篷布形成帐篷空间,各顶杆活动连接在一个顶部连接件上,通过折叠顶杆和支撑架实现帐篷的展开和收纳。
中国发明专利ZL201420157253.5公开了一种帐篷架顶架部连接结构,其连接件呈径向对应所述顶杆的数量分布有连接槽,所述连接槽的侧壁上分别内凹形成有纵向的定位卡槽,所述顶杆通过销钉与所述定位卡槽活动连接,该结构实现了顶杆与连接件的活动连接,方便组装。但该结构的销钉在使用过程中容易松动脱落,导致顶杆与连接件的脱离,影响帐篷的稳固性和安全性。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种帐篷支架。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种帐篷支架,包括顶部连接座、通过枢接件与所述顶部连接座枢接的顶杆、通过连接件与所述顶杆活动连接的支撑杆,所述顶部连接座由底板和若干个枢接槽组成,所述枢接槽呈径向分布在所述底板上,所述底板边缘还设有若干对定位凸块,每对定位凸块之间形成有定位卡槽,所述定位卡槽与所述枢接槽的槽口相对应,所述枢接件由一体成型的枢接头和W型枢接块组成,所述W型枢接块与所述枢接槽枢接,所述枢接头向内缩窄与所述W型枢接块底部形成限位台阶,所述连接件由弧形限位块和两片铰接片组成。
进一步地,所述枢接槽、定位卡槽、顶杆、连接件和支撑杆的数量均相等,且均大于等于3。
进一步地,所述W型枢接块的顶部设有三个枢接脚,所述枢接脚贯穿设有销钉孔,所述枢接槽的两侧相对设有通孔,所述W型枢接块的位于中间的枢接脚嵌入所述枢接槽内,并通过销钉将所述W型枢接块和所述枢接槽枢接在一起,所述W型枢接块可绕所述枢接槽转动。
进一步地,所述弧形限位块夹设在所述两片铰接片之间,在所述弧形限位块的上方形成有铰接槽,所述铰接片上设有铰接孔。
进一步地,所述铰接槽内设有一对铰接管,所述铰接管通过铰接孔与所述铰接片铰接,所述铰接管可绕所述弧形限位块转动。
进一步地,所述顶杆的一端插入所述枢接头内固定连接,另一端插入一个所述铰接管内。
进一步地,所述支撑杆采用伸缩杆,所述支撑杆的一端插入另一个所述铰接管内。
进一步地,所述支撑杆的另一端套设有定位栓,所述定位栓的中部径向内缩形成腰部。
进一步地,所述支撑杆由外连杆、套杆和伸缩连接件组成,所述外连杆套设在所述套杆外面,所述伸缩连接件上设有伸缩按钮。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与背景技术相比,具有如下优点:
本发明的W型枢接块具有三个枢接脚,与枢接槽枢接时更加稳固,销钉不易脱落,此外,W型枢接块上的限位台阶与顶部连接座上的定位凸块相抵,从而固定在定位卡槽内,有效防止枢接件晃动和脱落,增强了帐篷的稳固性和安全性。

如图1至5所示,一种帐篷支架,包括顶部连接座100、通过枢接件200与所述顶部连接座100枢接的顶杆300、通过连接件400与所述顶杆300活动连接的支撑杆600,所述顶部连接座100由底板110和若干个枢接槽120组成,所述枢接槽120呈径向分布在所述底板110上,所述底板110边缘还设有若干对定位凸块130,每对定位凸块130之间形成有定位卡槽140,所述定位卡槽140与所述枢接槽120的槽口相对应,所述枢接件200由一体成型的枢接头210和W型枢接块220组成,所述W型枢接块220与所述枢接槽120枢接,所述枢接头210向内缩窄与所述W型枢接块220底部形成限位台阶230,所 述连接件400由弧形限位块410和两片铰接片420组成。
所述枢接槽120、定位卡槽140、顶杆300、连接件400和支撑杆600的数量均相等,且均大于等于3。
所述W型枢接块220的顶部设有三个枢接脚221,所述枢接脚221贯穿设有销钉孔222,所述枢接槽120的两侧相对设有通孔121,所述W型枢接块220的位于中间的枢接脚221嵌入所述枢接槽120内,并通过销钉将所述W型枢接块220和所述枢接槽120枢接在一起,所述W型枢接块220可绕所述枢接槽120转动。
当帐篷展开时,由于W型枢接块220具有三个枢接脚221,与枢接槽120枢接时更加稳固,销钉不容易完全脱落,使得枢接件200与顶部连接座100连接更加牢固,此外,W型枢接块220上的限位台阶230与顶部连接座100上的定位凸块130相抵,从而固定在定位卡槽140内,从两个方向上对W型枢接块220进行限位,有效防止枢接件200的晃动和脱落,增强了帐篷的稳固性和安全性。
所述弧形限位块410夹设在所述两片铰接片420之间,在所述弧形限位块410的上方形成有铰接槽430,所述铰接片420上设有铰接孔421。

当帐篷完全展开时,由于有弧形限位块410的限制,两个所述铰接管500的角度是固定的,因此,帐篷的顶杆300和支撑杆600的角度也是固定的,从而使帐篷的展开形态美观牢固。
所述顶杆300的一端插入所述枢接头210内固定连接,另一端插入一个所述铰接管500内。
所述支撑杆600采用伸缩杆,所述支撑杆600的一端插入另一个所述铰接管500内。伸缩杆的使用方便调节支撑杆600的长度,同时也方便帐篷的折叠收纳,减少占位空间。
所述支撑杆600的另一端套设有定位栓700,所述定位栓700的中部径向 内缩形成腰部710。所述定位栓700一方面用于篷布边角的绑定,另一方面用于插入地面固定帐篷防止帐篷被风吹走。
所述支撑杆600由外连杆610、套杆620和伸缩连接件630组成,所述外连杆610套设在所述套杆620外面,所述伸缩连接件630上设有伸缩按钮631。按下伸缩按钮631时,所述套杆620可以推进或拉出所述外连杆610。

  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种帐篷支架,其特征在于:所述W型枢接块的顶部设有三个枢接脚,所述枢接脚贯穿设有销钉孔,所述枢接槽的两侧相对设有通孔,所述W型枢接块的位于中间的枢接脚嵌入所述枢接槽内,并通过销钉将所述W型枢接块和所述枢接槽枢接在一起,所述W型枢接块可绕所述枢接槽转动。
