Abstract

본 발명은 인몰드용 반경화 전사필름의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 베이스 필름 위에 이형층과 보호층, 인쇄층, 증착층 및 접착층이 차례로 적층된 구조로 이루어지되, 상기 이형층 위에 자외선 경화성 수지와 퍼옥사이드로 이루어지는 코팅액을 도포하고 이를 가열하여 반경화시킨 보호층을 형성함으로서, 그 제조과정에서 포름알데히드(HCHO)와 같은 유해물질이 발생하지 않고, 나아가 상기 전사필름을 사용하여 사출한 성형품의 물성이 매우 우수하게 되는 인몰드용 반경화 전사필름의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
