Abstract

Una etiqueta en molde metalizada impresa (IML) o inserto para utilizarse en la fabricación de artículos para beber o contenedores moldeados por inyección o por soplado. Las etiquetas generalmente incluyen un ensamble de película metalizado que comprende un sustrato base y una capa metalizada aplicada el mismo. Una o más capas de imágenes o gráficos después ya sea se imprimen directamente sobre el ensamble de película metalizado o se laminan sobre la misma. Los sustratos protectores, películas y recubrimientos se aplican al ensamble para proteger mediante el emparedado la una o más capas de tinta o impresas entre la capa protectora y la capa metalizada.
