Abstract
유연성 유/무기 복합 보호막의 제조방법, 및 상기 보호막을 포함하는 유기전자소자가 제공된다. 상기 유연성 유/무기 복합 보호막의 제조방법은, 유연성 기재 상에 양극산화 가능한 금속 박막을 형성함으로써 유연성 기재/금속 적층체를 형성하고, 상기 유연성 기재/금속 적층체를 전해액 중에서 양극산화하여 유연성 기재/금속 산화물 적층체를 형성하는 것을 포함한다. 또한, 고분자 접착제를 이용하여 복수 개의 상기 유연성 기재/금속 산화물 적층체를 접착하여 다층의 유연성 기재/금속 산화물 적층체를 포함하는 유연성 유/무기 복합 보호막을 형성할 수 있다. 상기 유연성 유/무기 복합 보호막을 이용하여 수분 및/또는 산소로부터 소자 등 물품을 효과적으로 보호할 수 있고, 포장 재료의 기능이나 성질 유지, 제조시간 절약, 및 비용 절감 효과를 가질 수 있다.
