Abstract

The present invention relates to skis composed of three parts (1, 2 and 3) which can very easily be separated. This allows an approximately 35% reduction in the space requirement of the skis to facilitate their transport and storage. It is the central part (1) which is the longest element of the ski. It is this part which maintains all the essential characteristics of the ski: strength, flexibility, etc. It also acts as the support for the bindings (4). The other two parts (forward (2) and rear (3)) are pushed onto the two ends of the central part. Attachment between these two parts and the central part (1) is by means of two clips (5A and 5B) which make the ski very easy to assemble and disassemble. The two ends of the central part (1) completely fill the cavities in the parts 2 and 3.
