Abstract

본 발명은 5'-구아노신 모노포스페이트(5'-guanosine mono-phosphate)를 5'-구아노신 다이포스페이트(5'-guanosine-diphosphate)로 전환하는 구아노신 모노포스페이트 카이네이즈 (guanosine monophosphate kinase)의 활성이 감소된 코리네박테리움 속 미생물 및 이를 이용한 5'-구아노신 모노포스페이트의 생산방법에 관한 것이다.
