Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine des matériaux et articles de construction et concerne notamment des articles de construction moulés, leurs procédés de fabrication et des articles de construction composites munis d'un revêtement décoratif extérieur en couleur possédant des formes et des dimensions différentes, tels que des cheminées, des clôtures, des revêtements de mur, de revêtement de sol et de routes, des articles rituels, etc., et qui peuvent trouver des applications dans la construction, le génie civil, etc. Pour fabriquer l'article moulé on mélange un liant à base de silicates avec une charge possédant une taille de particules jusqu'à 8 mm (de préférence, jusqu'à 5 mm), jusqu'à l'obtention d'un mélange régulier, après quoi l'on introduit dans le mélangeur de l'eau dans des quantités correspondant à 15-25 % de la masse de liant avec l'additif plastifiant qui y est dissous, et on continue le mélangeage jusqu'à ce que forment des grumeaux possédant une taille principalement de 3 à 6 cm. Après la formation des grumeaux on introduit un pigment ou un mélange de pigments et l'on soumet le mélange au moulage dans des conditions de vibrations, de manière à faire durcir l'article ainsi fabriqué dans des conditions naturelles. L'article fabriqué comprend des fragments colorés en surface avec un contour spatial fermé; leur noyau interne comprend les particules de charge les plus grandes, et leur enveloppe comprend des particules de charge plus petites anis que le liant. Le matériau de construction composite comprend des articles moulés faits à partir du matériau décrit ici. L'invention permet de fabriquer des articles de construction présentant une plus grande densité et dont les pores sont absents. La structure du matériau permet d'imiter diverses pierres naturelles et d'obtenir des articles de constructions composites à valeur décorative élevée.
