Abstract

L'invention concerne un verre conducteur destiné à une cellule solaire sensible aux colorants qui comprend: un substrat de verre; plusieurs lignes de flottaison formées sur ce substrat de verre, et une couche de matériau conducteur transparent formée sur le substrat de verre et les lignes de flottaison, ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation de ce verre. Selon l'invention, la résistance du verre conducteur peut être réduite pour améliorer sa propriété électrique. Et, l'application du substrat de verre conducteur sur une cellule solaire sensible aux colorants peut entraîner une diminution du coût des matières premières et faciliter la constitution en ligne du matériel de fabrication. Et, du fait de la diffusion entraînée par des lignes de flottaison multiples contenues dans la photoélectrode, l'absorption de la lumière solaire de la cellule solaire peut être augmentée, produisant ainsi une cellule solaire sensible aux colorants hautement efficace.
