Abstract
substrato e eletrodo para células solares e respectivo processo de fabrico as células solares utilizam, como substrato, vidro (23) revestido com um camada condutora transparente (21) que recolhe a energia eléctrica gerada pela célula solar. essa camada (21), normalmente um tco, tem condutividade limitada, obrigando a linhas coletoras de corrente de aplicação complexa. aumenta-se a condutividade dessa camada condutora (21), pela aplicação de uma estrutura, em particular uma quadrícula, de linhas finas condutoras (22) inseridas em ranhuras na superfície do vidro (23) ou aplicada diretamente sobre este, seguida do revestimento com camada tco (21). essa quadrícula (22) altamente condutora recolhe a eletricidade a partir da camada de tco (21) e dirige-a para a periferia da célula. ambos os substratos de vidro são selados através de um processo que emprega um precursor de vidro circundando todo o perímetro externo do substrato. o precursor de vidro é aquecido até à fusão, por laser, selando completamente os dois substratos do módulo.
