目前过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置主要采用橡胶条,分为圆形橡胶 条和梯形橡胶条固定。固定过滤布时,由于沟槽宽度小于橡胶条宽度, 安装过滤布时, 橡胶条需用木制楔块加手锤用力敲打方能进入沟槽, 安装作业十分困难。 通常一台过滤机盘面过滤布的安装, 需 15〜20 人, 耗时 8~10小时。 在安装过程中, 操作人员使用手锤用力敲打橡 胶条使其进入盘面压布沟槽时, 经常会敲到手上, 使操作人员受伤, 造成安全隐患;而且还经常会敲到过滤布上,使滤布损坏,不能使用, 造成浪费。另外,采用敲打橡胶条方式固定滤布,经常会使滤布褶皱, 影响过滤效果。
生产中由于氢氧化铝浆液的碱浓度高, 约为 100~300g/l; 洗涤用 水的温度高, 约 90~120°C, 这样就造成固定过滤布的橡胶条很快老 化变形, 失去弹性, 从而不能很好的固定住过滤布。在进行抽真空的 操作过程中, 由于过滤布松动造成的漏气使真空度降低, 为了维持一 定的真空度, 则要提高真空泵的功率, 增加循环水的用量, 从而造成 了能源的浪费。另外过滤布松动造成的真空度降低还会使残留在氢氧 化铝中的水分增高, 影响了产品质量。而在进行反吹风的过程中, 由 于橡胶条的老化变形,反吹风时,过滤布经常被吹起,造成系统停产。 此时就需要对盘面上的氢氧化铝进行清除, 重新安装过滤布及橡胶 条。 而且由于橡胶条变形, 使密封效果下降, 氢氧化铝会渗入到压布 沟槽内, 形成结疤。 压布沟槽为梯形, 其进口宽度较窄, 只有 14毫 米, 使操作人员清理困难, 大大增加了工人的劳动强度, 甚至在清理 时会使压布沟槽变形, 影响以后的使用。
橡胶条和过滤布这两种材料的购买价格较高, 过滤布为 6000元 / 套, 每套为 20张, 橡胶条为 200元 (人民币) /米。 橡胶条和过滤布 的使用周期为 25~30天, 由于橡胶条的使用寿命相对较短, 则造成橡 胶条和过滤布的更换较为频繁, 使生产成本大大提高。 另外, 由于橡 胶条是分段敲入压布沟槽内, 橡胶条相对较软, 其接头处难以完全密 封, 而且压布沟槽内的橡胶条一般高出盘面 2~3mm, 生产运行中, 有时还会高出 4~5mm。 所以进行氢氧化铝除料时, 为避免螺旋括料 器将压布橡胶条带起, 螺旋括料器底部距离盘面的高度较高, 一般为

发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是, 提供一种过滤机盘面滤布的固定装 置, 它能很好的将滤布固定在过滤机盘面上, 解决了现有技术中橡胶 条安装困难、 耗时费工以及因其老化变形后造成的影响产品产量下 降、 质量降低、 生产成本增加、 能源浪费等技术问题。

2、 采用本发明后, 大大降低了操作人员的劳动强度。现在一台 过滤机盘面过滤布的安装,只需 2人,耗时 1~2小时,安装轻松快捷, 无安全隐患, 也不会有过滤布损坏的现象。
3、 采用本发明后, 可以大大提高设备的产能。 由于螺母最高点 低于过滤机盘面 0~2mm,螺旋括料器底部距离盘面的高度大大降低, 可达到 6mm。 因此残留在过滤机盘面上的氢氧化铝量大大减少, 真 空泵及反吹风时吹风机的负荷降低, 使用的循环水量也大大降低, 使 设备的产能提高, 并节约了能源。
4、 采用本发明后, 过滤布稳定地被梯形压槽 4的两侧壁固定在 压布沟槽内, 同时在密封线处还与过滤布形成机械上常说的 "迷宫式 密封", 使氢氧化铝浆液以及洗水都不能渗入压布沟槽内。 这样一方 面避免了含碱高温液体渗入后腐蚀压布沟槽, 延长了设备的使用寿 命, 另一方面在过滤布正常更换时, 压布沟槽内十分清洁, 不但减轻 了工人劳动强度, 而且大大缩短了设备检修的时间, 提高了设备的运 转率。

具体实施方式 实施例: 本发明包括过滤机盘面 1、 直线压布沟槽 2、 圆形压布 沟槽 8、 滤布 3、 梯形压槽 4、 底部压条 5和螺钉 6。 过滤机盘面 1 上有滤布 3, 滤布 3接头处位于直线压布沟槽 2的沟槽内, 底部压条 5压在滤布 3接头处, 底部压条 5上面为梯形压槽 4, 梯形压槽 4与 底部压条 5用螺钉 6连接。
选用耐高温、 耐强碱性能并具有一定柔性的合成塑料聚氯乙烯, 经开模注射获得梯形压槽 4。梯形压槽高为 12mm,两外壁宽为 12mm, 梯形压槽 4的左右两侧壁厚度最宽处 (侧壁的最上端) 为 3mm, 最 窄处 (侧壁的最下端) 为 2mm, 两侧壁厚自上而下斜度比为 1.5。 在 梯形压槽 4的左右两侧壁外壁制作 5条密封线。
底部压条 5采用 A3碳钢, 横截面形状为梯形, 梯形的上边长为 5.5mm, 下边长为 7.5mm, 高为 5mm; 梯形的上边长比梯形压槽 4 的底部开口宽窄的多, 便于底部压条 5进入到梯形压槽 4内。
螺钉 6的高度为 16mm。
在水平盘式过滤机盘面 1上有直线压布沟槽 2和圆形压布沟槽 8。用于直线压布沟槽 2内的梯形压槽 4和底部压条 5长度为 400mm, 用螺钉 6〜4颗。
旋紧螺钉 6, 使底部压条 5向上运动, 进入梯形压槽 4的内部, 运动至梯形压槽 4的左右侧壁将滤布 3的接头与直线压布沟槽 2的左 右内壁抵实; 此时, 螺钉 6的最高点低于过滤机盘面 2mm。 由于梯 形压槽 4的左右两内侧壁厚度由下至上逐渐增加,因而其左右两侧壁 逐渐撑开, 使其与压布沟槽侧部紧紧连在一起, 从而使过滤布被稳定 地固定在压布沟槽内,同时在密封线 7处还与过滤布形成机械上常说 的 "迷宫式密封", 使氢氧化铝浆液以及洗水都不能渗入压布沟槽内。

权利要求书
1、 一种过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置, 它包括过滤机盘面 (1)、 直线压布沟槽(2)、 圆形压布沟槽(8)及滤布(3), 过滤机盘面(1) 上有滤布 (3), 滤布 (3)接头处位于直线压布沟槽 (2) 内, 其特征 在于: 底部压条 (5) 压在滤布 (3) 的接头处, 梯形压槽 (4) 位于 底部压条 (5) 上面, 螺钉 (6) 穿过梯形压槽 (4) 的顶部与底部压 条 (5) 连接。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置, 其特征 在于: 梯形压槽 (4) 的高度为 6〜15mm,宽度为 6〜15mm。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置, 其特征 在于: 梯形压槽 (4) 左右两侧壁厚自上而下斜度比为 1.2~1.8 。
4、根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置, 其特征在于: 梯形压槽 (4) 的制备材料为合成塑料。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置, 其特征 在于: 梯形压槽 (4) 的制备材料为聚氯乙烯。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置, 其特征 在于: 在梯形压槽 (4) 的两侧壁外壁上有密封线 (7)。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置, 其特征 在于: 每个侧壁上密封线 (7) 数量为 1~6条。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置, 其特征 在于: 每个侧壁上密封线 (7) 数量为 5条。
9、根据权利要求 1所述的过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置, 其特征 在于: 底部压条 (5) 的制备材料为碳钢。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置, 其特 征在于: 底部压条 (5) 的制备材料为 A3钢。
11、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置, 其特征在于: 底部压条 (5) 的横截面形状为梯形, 梯形腰的斜度与 梯形压槽 (4) 内层壁的斜度相应。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置, 其特 征在于: 梯形压槽 (4) 与底部压条 (5) 的长度为 300~1500mm
13、 根据权利要求 1或 12所述的过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置, 其特征在于: 连接每段梯形压槽 (4)和底部压条(5)用的螺钉 (6) 的数目为 2~8颗。
14、根据权利要求 1所述的过滤机盘面滤布的固定装置, 其特征 在于: 梯形压槽(4)横截面的宽度与底部压条(5)梯形横截面底边 的宽度均比直线压布沟槽 (2) 上端开口的宽度小 l 4mm
