Abstract

 このタイヤ加硫用ブラダーは、ブラダー本体(52)の外表面にタイヤ周方向の一方から他方に向かってタイヤ幅方向の一方に延びるように形成され、且つ、第1の所定間隔(L1)をおいて配置された複数の第1エアー抜き溝(52a)と、タイヤ周方向の一方から他方に向かってタイヤ幅方向の他方に延びるように形成され、且つ、第2の所定間隔(L2)をおいて配置された複数の第2エアー抜き溝(52b)とが設けられている。また、第1の所定間隔(L1)に対して第2の所定間隔(L2)は1.2倍以上4.5倍以下である。このため、ブラダー本体(52)の外表面が各エアー抜き溝(52a,52b)によって複数の領域(DB)に区画され、各領域(DB)の頂部(TP)がタイヤ周方向に向かって凸形状となる。従って、ブラダー本体(52)とタイヤの内表面との密着が各領域(DB)の頂部(TP)を起点として解除され易い。
