现有技术中, 在主叫端局获取保存的主叫名信息, 然后通过局间 信令传送主叫名信息, 需要全网端局(主叫端局和被叫端局)支持局 间传送主叫名信息, 即在主叫端局将主叫名信息设置到局间消息中, 在被叫端局从该消息中提取主叫名信息。如果要使全网端局都具有设 置和提取主叫名信息的功能, 需要对网络的改造太大, 因此, 该方案 的应用易受到限制。 发明内容

主叫名信息发送单元, 用于将所述主叫名信息传送给被叫用户。 与现有技术相比,本发明实施例实现了将主叫名显示业务标识从 主叫端局传递给被叫端局, 被叫端局接收到此标识后, 可以向主叫名 信息服务器请求查询主叫的主叫名信息,从主叫名信息服务器查询到 与主叫用户的主叫号码对应的主叫名信息,并将该主叫名信息发送给 被叫用户。由于主叫端局与被叫端局之间传输的消息中不需要携带主 叫名信息, 主叫端局不需要将主叫名信息封装到传输消息中, 被叫端 局也不需要从传输消息中提取主叫名信息, 因此, 全网中的端局无需 改造和修改配置, 有利于主叫名显示业务在局部地区开展; 由主叫端 局直接产生主叫用户的主叫名显示标识, 提高了效率。 附图说明

本发明的一个实施例中主叫信息显示的系统组网结构如图 1所 示, 主叫名显示用户 A在网络侧定制业务, 在主叫名信息服务器上 保存自己的主叫信息,主叫名信息服务器可以是 SCP( Service Control Point, 业务控制点 )。主叫用户 A拨打被叫用户 B时,主叫端局 MSC ( Mobile Service Switching Center, 移动业务交换中心) A根据主叫 用户 A的业务定购信息通知主叫名信息服务器, 其中业务定购信息 如 O-CSI ( Originating Customized Applications for Mobile network Enhanced Logic Subscription Information , 移动发端的移动网络增强型 逻辑的客户化应用签约信息) 或 SS-CODE ( Supplementary Service Code, 补充业务代码)等; 主叫名信息服务器向主叫端局 MSC A返 回主叫用户的主叫名显示业务标识, 主叫端局 MSC A将此标识传送 给被叫端局 MSC B, 被叫端局 MSC B根据此标识向主叫名信息服务 器请求查询主叫名信息, 然后传送给被叫用户 B。 其中, 主叫用户 A 的业务定购信息保存在 HLR ( Home Location Register, 归属位置寄存 器)上, 主叫端局 MSC A可以从 HLR上获取主叫用户 A的业务定 购信息, 主叫用户 A拨打被叫用户 B时, 主叫端局 MSC A根据上述 主叫用户 A的业务定购信息确定主叫用户 A的主叫名信息服务器, 并通知该主叫用户 A的主叫名信息服务器。
结合本发明另一个实施例的系统结构, 本发明另一个实施例 的主叫名显示业务实现方法流程如图 2所示, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 s201 , 主叫用户 A拨打被叫用户 B的号码, 主叫用户 A 向主叫端局 MSC A发送呼叫请求。
步骤 s202 ,主叫端局 MSC A根据主叫用户 A的业务定购信息 (如 0-CSI或 SS-CODE ), 向主叫名信息服务器 (如 SCP )发送 主叫名显示业务请求, 如 IDP ( Initial Detect Point, 初始检出点)。

图 2、 图 3所示的本发明实施例, 通过将主叫用户的主叫名显 示业务标识从主叫端局送到被叫端局, 而被叫端局依据送过来的 主叫用户的主叫名显示业务标识到主叫名信息服务器查询主叫的 主叫名信息, 实现了将主叫名显示业务标识从主叫端局传递给被 叫端局, 被叫端局根据此标识向主叫名信息服务器请求查询主叫 用户的主叫名信息, 从而在主叫用户修改信息时主叫端局无需改 造和修改配置, 只需在主叫名信息服务器中更改, 有利于主叫名 显示业务在局部地区开展。
本发明又一个实施例的主叫名显示业务的方法流程如图 4 所 示, 通过将主叫名业务显示代码进行处理, 从而可让主叫端局直 接产生主叫用户的主叫名显示标识, 提高了业务效率, 具体步骤 为:
步骤 s401、主叫用户拨打被叫用户的号码,主叫用户向主叫端局 发出呼叫请求。
步骤 s402、 主叫端局根据主叫用户的主叫名显示业务代码 ( SS-CODE )进行处理: 第一种是将此 SS-CODE转换为主叫名显示 业务标识, 并附加在主叫号码前, 也可以将主叫名显示业务标识放 在其它信元中, 然后传送给被叫端局; 第二种是直接将 SS-CODE作 为主叫名显示业务标识, 放在局间信令中传递给被叫端局。
步骤 s403 ,被叫端局根据从主叫端局传送过来的主叫名显示业务 标识, 向主叫名信息服务器请求查询 (如 IDP )主叫的主叫名信息。 步骤 s404, 主叫名信息服务器根据被叫号码、 时间、 区域等条件 查询主叫的主叫名信息, 将结果返回给被叫端局。

本发明实施例中,实现了将主叫名显示业务标识从主叫端局传递 给被叫端局,被叫端局根据此标识向主叫名信息服务器请求查询主叫 的主叫名信息。 无需改造和修改配置, 有利于主叫名显示业务在局部 地区开展; 由主叫端局直接产生主叫用户的主叫名显示标识, 提高了 效率。 通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地 了解到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件, 但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基 于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出 贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品 存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备 (可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等) 执行本发明各 个实施例所述的方法。

主叫名信息服务器,用于存储主叫用户的主叫号码与主叫名信息 的对应关系, 并在接收到被叫端局的主叫名信息查询请求后, 将主 叫用户对应的主叫名信息发送给所述被叫端局;
主叫端局, 用于接收主叫用户发送的呼叫请求, 根据所述请求获 取所述主叫用户的主叫名显示业务标识,将所述主叫名显示业务标识 发送到被叫端局;

呼叫请求接收单元, 用于接收主叫用户发送的呼叫请求; 主叫名显示业务标识获取单元,用于根据所述呼叫请求获取所述 主叫用户的主叫名显示业务标识;
主叫名显示业务标识发送单元,用于将所述主叫名显示业务标识 发送到被叫端局。
14、 如权利要求 13所述主叫端局, 其特征在于, 所述主叫名显 示业务标识获取单元包括:
第一获取子单元, 用于向主叫名信息服务器发送主叫名显示请 求, 获取对应的主叫名显示业务标识。
15、 如权利要求 13所述主叫端局, 其特征在于, 所述主叫名显 示业务标志获取单元包括:
第二获取子单元, 用于将主叫名显示业务代码转换为主叫名显 示业务标志或直接将所述主叫名显示业务代码作为主叫名显示业务 标志。
16、 一种被叫端局, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收所述主叫端局发送的主叫名显示业务标识; 主叫名信息获取单元,用于根据所述主叫名显示业务标识从主叫 名信息服务器中获取主叫名信息;
主叫名信息发送单元, 用于将所述主叫名信息传送给被叫用户。
