Abstract

L'invention vise à proposer une composition gélatineuse dont l'aptitude à se dégrader est contrôlée. C'est-à-dire, l'invention propose une composition gélatineuse contenant au moins deux types de gélatine de types différents, caractérisée par le fait qu'au moins un type des gélatines décrites ci-dessus est un type de gélatine génétiquement modifiée.
