Abstract

L'invention concerne une échelle fixe de sécurité qui présente une nouvelle structure pour monter à un certain niveau. Ladite échelle comprend deux plaques d'ancrage parallèles, fixées à un parement. Quatre dispositifs permettant de soutenir un utilisateur sont insérés dans lesdites plaques : deux pour les mains, équipés de poignées ergonomiques et d'un anneau de sécurité; et deux autres pour les pieds équipés de sangles de support. Deux positions sont proposées, à savoir une position de montée/descente coulissante, et une autre dans laquelle le dispositif est verrouillé sur la plaque par un levier. Chaque dispositif est verrouillé/déverrouillé de manière indépendante, ce qui permet d'assurer la manoeuvre de montée/descente librement à la demande de l'utilisateur. Afin de garantir Ia sécurité, les dispositifs supérieurs possèdent un anneau de sécurité d'ancrage au harnais de l'utilisateur. Lesdits quatre dispositifs sont portatifs, peuvent être insérés dans les plaques pour faire partie de ladite échelle de sécurité, et peuvent être séparés de la structure après utilisation ce qui permet de rendre l'échelle inutilisable par d'autres utilisateurs.
