The present invention concerns a fixed safety ladder. The device is provided so that an operator who accesses the safety ladder always remains self-insured in the climbing operation by it. At the same time there is a rapid and comfortable ascent to levels above the user's position as well as descent. The device consists of two fasteners for the user's forelimbs and another two for the lower limbs that are attached to plates fixed on the element to be scaled, so that in the ascending position the fasteners behave as sliders and in the position of descent they block the movement. The safety ladder has been conceived in order to obtain numerous advantages over other existing means with similar purposes in the industrial sector, wind turbines, telecommunications.
De esta maneraNumerous devices or means are known to perform the climbing to sites at different heights, always based on a staircase with steps through which it is scaled. These systems have several disadvantages: they need auxiliary safety means to avoid falls at different levels, they have the inherent danger of slipping on steps, the steps of rise are marked or standardized by what they do not adapt to the user's height and imply a delay in the climbing. For all this, the speed in the operations of climbing and descending stairs is compromised. In addition, duplicate, ladder and lifeline costs are generated. The device of the invention has a new structure for climbing at different levels. It consists of two anchor plates, fixed to vertical walls by means of spacer bushes, parallel to each other. Four user support devices are incorporated thereto, two for the forelimbs or hands, provided with ergonomic grip support and safety ring, and two for the lower extremities or feet provided with fastening straps. Two to two are inserted into the plates previously fixed to the wall. These devices have two positions, one of ascent in which it is sliding, and another of descent in which the device locks by lever with the plate in that same position. In this way
