Abstract

Disclosed is a monoclonal antibody responsive to mouse pIgR. Also disclosed is a hybridoma which can produce the antibody. Multiple hybridoma cell lines each capable of producing a monoclonal antibody responsive to mouse pIgR can be established by immunizing an animal with a vector carrying a nucleotide sequence encoding mouse pIgR.
