Abstract

【課題】マウスpIgRに反応するモノクローナル抗体の提供および該抗体を産生できるハイブリドーマの提供を課題とする。 【解決手段】マウスpIgRをコードする塩基配列を含むベクターを動物に免疫することで、マウスpIgRに反応するモノクローナル抗体を産生し得る、複数のハイブリドーマ株を樹立した。
