Abstract

 ねじ部とねじ無し金属接触部とを有する接触表面をそれぞれ備えたピンおよびボックスから構成される管ねじ継手において、ピンの接触表面には、紫外線硬化樹脂を主成分とする、好ましくは透明な固体防食被膜を形成し、ボックスの接触表面には、好ましくは熱可塑性ポリマー、ワックス、金属石鹸、腐食抑制剤、水不溶性液状樹脂および固体潤滑剤を含有する組成物からホットメルト法により形成された塑性もしくは粘塑性型レオロジー挙動を有する固体潤滑被膜を設ける。
