Abstract

　本発明の発光素子（１０）は、発光体粒子（１４）と、発光体粒子（１４）に電流を注入する一対の電極（１２，１６）と、を備えている。電極（１２，１６）間には無機正孔輸送材料（１５）が配置されており、発光体粒子（１４）は無機正孔輸送材料（１５）中に分散されて設けられている。発光体粒子（１４）の表面の少なくとも一部に、さらなる高輝度及び高効率を目的として、導電性微粒子を付着させることも可能である。
