Abstract

　痛みが少なく小さい穴径の穿刺が可能なレーザユニットを提供すること。レーザユニット（１）は、レーザを照射するレーザロッド（３）と、照射部から照射されるレーザ光を集光するレンズ（７）と、レーザ光が入射する側の面は鏡部、レーザ光が出射する側の面は表面平均粗さＲａの粗部を持つレーザ透過板（９）とを有する。この構成により、レーザ透過板（９）を通過した後のレーザ光は、粗部により散乱することで、皮膚に照射されるレーザ光の強度は、中心に集中しないものとなる。また、レーザ光が粗部を通過するときに衝撃波を発生することで、エネルギが予め放出される。
