Abstract
痛みが少なく小さい穴径の穿刺が可能なレーザユニットを提供すること。レーザユニット(1)は、レーザを照射するレーザロッド(3)と、照射部から照射されるレーザ光を集光するレンズ(7)と、レーザ光が入射する側の面は鏡部、レーザ光が出射する側の面は表面平均粗さRaの粗部を持つレーザ透過板(9)とを有する。この構成により、レーザ透過板(9)を通過した後のレーザ光は、粗部により散乱することで、皮膚に照射されるレーザ光の強度は、中心に集中しないものとなる。また、レーザ光が粗部を通過するときに衝撃波を発生することで、エネルギが予め放出される。
