Abstract

The invention relates to a highly reflective lining element for lining the wall of a thermal irradiation arrangement comprising at least one high power radiation source for radiation in the visible range and/or the infrared range and/or the UV range. The lining element has a reflective first surface and a heat-emitting second surface, and comprises a solid carrier which has a high heat capacity and is provided with fixing means for detachable fixing to a lining element carrier structure of the irradiation arrangement.
