Abstract
本発明は、(1)核となる粒子の表面に重合性官能基又は連鎖移動基を導入し、該粒子と重合性モノマーを混合し、次いで重合反応を進行させることにより、該粒子表面に高分子化合物を含む層を形成した粒子とし、更にその表面上に、small RNA結合タンパク質に対して親和性を有する生理活性物質を固定化した、small RNA取得用担体、(2)上記担体を用いることを特徴とするsmall RNAの取得方法、(3)上記担体を含んでなるsmall RNA又は/及びsmall RNA標的核酸の取得用試薬、(4)該試薬を含んでなる、small RNA又は/及びsmall RNA標的核酸の取得用試薬キット、及び(5)上記担体を用いることを特徴とするsmall RNA標的核酸の取得方法に関する。
