Abstract

 低コストでセルロースやセロビオースを原料としたエタノール製造を行う。  Ogataea dorogensis、Ogataea pini、Ogataea glucozyma、Ogataea neopini及びOgataea neopiniからなる群から選ばれる種に分類される微生物を、セロビオースを含有する培地にて培養する工程と、培地からエタノールを回収する工程とを含む。
