Abstract

　作業者の負担を増すことなく切削チップのチッピングを防止することができ、生産性良く所望の設定量での面取り加工を行える携帯式面取り機を提供する。 　ケーシング４から突出された回転軸７に切削チップ３０を取り付けた携帯式面取り機１において、回転軸７と垂直方向に向けてケーシング４に固定されて被加工部材１００の上面部１００ａに接触させるガイドプレート２６と、回転軸７の端部に軸支されて孔部１０５の側面部１０５ａに接触させるガイドローラ２０と、スプリング４１の付勢力でガイドプレート２６から突出して上面部１００ａとガイドプレート２６との間に所定量の隙間を形成する鋼球４０とを具備する。隙間が形成されている間は、所望の設定量より少ない面取り量での加工が可能であり、付勢力に抗して携帯式面取り機１を押圧してガイドプレート２６と上面部１００ａとを接触させると、所望の設定量での加工が可能となる。
