Abstract

L'invention concerne un conteneur (1 ) comprenant une structure (10) de forme géométrique caractéristique et de volume prédéterminé et au moins une poche (11 ) disposée à l'intérieur de ladite structure (10) apte à recevoir un liquide alimentaire. La géométrie et le matériau de la structure (10) permettent de donner une inertie de fonction pour réaliser le pliage ou dépliage de la structure (10) afin de réduire l'encombrement de stockage respectivement avant le remplissage du conteneur (1) ou après la vidange totale du conteneur (1 ) et une inertie de gerbage des conteneurs (1 ) afin d'optimiser le stockage et faciliter le transport des conteneurs (1 ). Le conteneur (1 ) est apte à coopérer avec un transbordeur muni d'un système de pompage pour effectuer la vidange de liquide alimentaire frais du conteneur (1 ) dans un dispositif de cuisson et le remplissage de liquide alimentaire usagé du dispositif de cuisson vers le conteneur (1 ).
