Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines fertig aufbereiteten Gärsubstrats, das insbesondere zur Biogaserzeugung in einer Biogasanlage vorgesehen ist, bei dem zur Aufbereitung des Gärsubstrats organische Stoffe durch eine Mischeinrichtung (12; 112) vermischt werden, um ein Gärsubstratgemisch zu erhalten. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass das Gärsubstratgemisch vor Erreichen der Biogasanlage zumindest zeitweise in einem Raum angeordnet wird, in dem bezüglich eines Atmosphärendrucks ein Unterdruck erzeugt wird, um das fertig aufbereitete Gärsubstrat zu erhalten. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung eine entsprechende Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines fertig aufbereiteten Gärsubstrats. Darüber hinaus bezieht sich die Erfindung auf ein System mit einer Biogasanlage.
