  • a proposed supporting and /or lifting device for vehicles according to Figs. 1 and 2 consists of a casing 1 with surmounted transmission assembly 2 having a shaft 20, which is adapted to rotate around at least approximately horizontal axis, and moreover also of a telescopic leg 3, which may be pivoted around said shaft at each desired angle, normally for at least approximately ⁇ 90°.
  • Said casing 1 is adapted for mounting a complete device to a chassis or any other part of each vehicle and is in the shown embodiment available in form of an U- profile. Mounting of the casing 1 onto each vehicle may be realized e.g. by means of bolts or also in any other desired manner.
  • Said transmission assembly 2 consists of a driving shaft 20 (Figs 3 and 4), which is embedded within said casing 1 and may rotate around at least approximately horizontal axis.
  • a bevel gear 21 is set on the shaft 20 and is secured against rotation with respect to said shaft 20 by means of a pin 210.
  • Said gear 21 is adapted to cooperate with another gear 22, which is connected to a spindle 25 placed within the leg 3 and secured against rotation relatively to said spindle 25 by means of a pin 220. Consequently, rotation of said shaft 20 in a desired direction thanks to said gears 21, 22 results in rotation of said 25 spindle within the leg 3 in each corresponding direction.
  • Said telescopic leg 3 consists of a primary tube 31 , which is inserted into said casing 1 and is moreover pivotally connected therewith, furthermore of a secondary tube 32, which is inserted into said primary tube 31, as well as of an end protrusion 33, which is inserted into said secondary tube 32 and is movable along thereof.
  • Said end protrusion 33 is inserted within the secondary tube 32 and movable in along thereof, and is moreover on its free end 330 equipped with a base plate 331 adapted for resting on the soil, while on its other end 332 a threaded sleeve 333 is available, which is adapted to cooperate with said spindle 25.
  • the secondary telescopic tube 32 together with the end protrusion 33 inserted therein is furthermore inserted into the primary telescopic tube 31 and is movable along it together with said end protrusion 33 inserted therein.
  • said tube 32 is equipped with a threaded sleeve 322, which is adapted to cooperate with the spindle and is arranged on its internal end portion 321 faced towards the casing 1, and moreover also with two seats 323, 324 (Fig. 6), which are adapted to cooperate with two pivot levers 11, 12, which will be described in more detail further-on.
  • the outside surface 325 of the secondary tube 32 is essentially corrugated, it is however adapted to the inner surface of the primary tube 31 along its complete circumference and also along its complete length, which then allows excellent guiding of the secondary tube 32 along the primary tube 31.
  • the primary tube 31 (Fig. 5) is connected to the casing 1 in such a manner that pivoting thereof around the driving shaft 20 is allowed.
  • the primary tube 31 is equipped with two ears 311, 312 protruding towards the casing 1, and said shaft 20 is extending through the passages 311', 312' on said ears 311, 312.
  • the primary tube 31 comprises a transversal wall 313, which is equipped with a passage 313' and is arranged between said ears 311, 312.
  • a bevel gear 22 is placed above the transversal wall 313, while below said wall 313 there a washer 250, which is fixed to the spindle 25 by means of a pin 251.
  • Said pivot levers 11, 12 are mounted on the axle 10 adjacent to said ears 311, 312 of the primary tube 31 and eccentrically with respect to the longitudinal geometric axis of the driving shaft 20, and are at the same time inserted within said primary tube 31 and adapted to cooperate with said seats 323, 324 on the front surface of the internal end portion 321 of the secondary tube 32.
  • said spindle 25 is cooperating with the driving shaft 20 via the bevel gears 21, 22.
  • the telescopic leg 3 is placed in its approximately horizontal position (Fig. 7) when the vehicle is moved.
  • the leg 3 is held in such position thanks to the pivot levers 11, 12, which are embedded on the axle 10 eccentrically with respect to the driving shaft 20 and towards to which the secondary tube 32 is pressed by means of the spindle 25 in the area of said seats 323, 324 available on the front surface faced towards the casing 1.
  • the device according to the invention enables both lifting or supporting thereof by means of gradually shifting the telescopic leg 3 into its vertical position according to Fig. 7, which is achieved by means of rotating the driving shaft 20 and consequently also the spindle 25.
  • the driving shaft 20 and the spindle 25 are rotated, the secondary tube 32 is moved along the primary tube 31 in a direction away from the casing 1 , while the pressure towards the pivot levers 11, 12 is gradually decreased, which then results in pivoting of the telescopic leg 3 around the shaft 20 from its horizontal position into its vertical position.
  • FIG. 7 shows and intermediate position of the leg 3, where the secondary tube 32 is already partially protruding from the primary tube 31, and partially released pressure towards the pivot levers 11, 12 already results in rotation of the leg 3 at approximately 45°.
  • the leg 3 is placed in approximately vertical position, by which a still further rotating of the spindle 25 results in movement of the end protrusion 33 outwards from the secondary tube 32, which reflects in extremely wide range of possibilities to determine each desired length of the leg 3.
  • the benefits of the present invention may also result from the possibility of simple and low-cost manufacturing of small quantity of required constituent parts. Except of the driving shaft 20, the spindle 25 and the axle 10 together with pivot levers 11, 12, and except of pins 210, 220, 251 , any other parts of the casing 1 and the leg 3 including the gears 21, 22 of the driving assembly may be easily manufactured of the thermoplastic materials, which then results both in corrosion resistance and also in the possibility of low-cost mass production. Although it is foreseen that the driving shaft 20 and the axle 10 together with the pivot levers 11, 12 as well as the pins 210, 220, 251 should consist of a metallic materials, it is however evident, that manufacturing thereof is quite simple, and that these parts may optionally be manufactured of e.g. stainless steel or e.g. of light metals or their alloys, and may therefore be light and corrosion-resistant.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de support et/ou de levage. Un tel dispositif est constitué d'un boîtier (1) dans la surface duquel ledit dispositif est fixé à chaque véhicule désiré et dans lequel un arbre (20) d'un ensemble de transmission (2) est intégré, qui est apte à coopérer avec un arbre fileté (25) au moyen d'éléments de transmission appropriés (21, 22), et qui plus est, est également constitué d'un montant télescopique (3), qui est fixé audit boîtier (1) et qui peut être pivoté autour d'un axe géométrique dudit arbre (20), une longueur et une inclinaison désirées par rapport audit boîtier (1) étant déterminées d'après la rotation dudit arbre (20) et de l'arbre fileté (25) conjointement avec la coopération de leviers pivotants (21, 22) avec des supports (323, 324) sur le tube secondaire (2). Grâce à la solution selon l'invention, le nombre total de parties constituantes requises est relativement petit, le dispositif étant ainsi léger, facile à fabriquer et peu coûteux, tandis que d'autre part un tel dispositif est résistant à la corrosion et est ainsi utile dans n'importe quelles conditions météorologiques.
