Abstract
被覆部を確実に除去することで光ファイバの正確な切断を行うことができる光ファイバ切断機および光ファイバの接続処理方法を提供する。 被覆部内にガラスファイバを内装した光ファイバ70を切断する光ファイバ切断機10であって、光ファイバ70を把持するクランプ15,16と、光ファイバ70の切断部71が載置される枕部材17,18と、枕部材17,18に載置された光ファイバ70の被覆部を加傷する被覆部加傷機構19と、枕部材17,18に載置された光ファイバ70のガラスファイバに初期傷を付与する初期傷加傷機構41と、を備えている。
