Abstract

L'invention porte sur un corps de tube de transfert de fluide qui est moulé à l'aide d'une résine ou d'un matériau en caoutchouc. Le corps de tube moulé est transféré à une vitesse donnée. Ensuite, dans l'étape d'enroulement continu d'un corps de tube, un élément chauffant en forme de câble est disposé le long de la périphérie externe du corps de tube de transfert de fluide formé à partir d'un matériau de résine. Une pluralité d'éléments filamenteux sont ensuite tissés autour du corps de tube pour former une couche d'isolation thermique ayant une structure tissée qui recouvre de façon continue la surface périphérique externe du corps de tube, l'élément chauffant en forme de câble étant disposé sur celui-ci le long de la direction longitudinale, et fixent l'élément chauffant en forme de câble de telle sorte qu'il est en contact avec la surface périphérique externe du corps de tube.
