Abstract

【課題】少ない酵素量でも極めて短時間での反応により、油脂からバイオ燃料として有用なエステルを高転換率で製造することが可能なバイオ燃料の製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】有機溶媒中に分散されている廃白土に酵素の存在下で低級一価アルコールを反応させてエステルとするバイオ燃料の製造方法において、前記反応を、ゼオライト、炭酸ソーダ或いはアルミナの共存下で行なうことを特徴とする。
