Abstract

 この密閉型圧縮機において、給油溝(14b)は、上下端部において開放する連通溝ではなく、クランク軸(26)の下端部側において、軸受部(14a)の途中領域にまでしか設けられていない。その結果、下部軸受(14A)に給油された潤滑油は、その一部が油溜め部に排出されることがなく、下部軸受(14A)に給油された潤滑油の全量が下部軸受(14A)に給油されることとなる。この構成を採用することで、油ポンプにおいて無駄な潤滑油の吸入を削減することにより、油ポンプ給油能力を向上させてポンプ損失の発生の抑制を可能とする、密閉型圧縮機を提供することができる。
