Abstract

La présente invention concerne une reliure à anneaux en papier capable de relier des feuilles de papier de toute dimension, et un système de production et un dispositif de production capable de produire efficacement, économiquement, et en continu des reliures en papier présentant une telle structure. La reliure en papier (1) est fabriquée à partir d'une feuille de papier stratifiée (101) formée par le dépôt de feuilles de papier les unes sur les autres. La feuille de papier stratifiée (101) comprend un espace en forme d'une bande (section de liaison) (3) et des sections d'anneaux (sections dentées) (2, 2, …). L'espace en forme d'une bande (section de liaison) (3) comprend une couche liée (2d) entre chaque feuille et est prévu sur la feuille de papier stratifiée (101) selon la direction de son extension. Les sections d'anneaux (sections dentées) (2, 2, …) s'étendent dans l'une et l'autre direction perpendiculaire à la direction d'extension depuis l'espace en forme d'une bande (section de liaison) (3). Ces parties des feuilles de papier se trouvant dans l'espace en forme d'une bande (section de liaison) (3) sont liées entre elles, et ces parties des feuilles de papier se trouvant dans les sections d'anneaux (sections dentées) (2, 2, …) ne sont pas liées entre elles. La couche liée (2d) est exposée aux extrémités avant des sections d'anneaux (sections dentées) (2, 2, …).
