Abstract

【課題】反応容器プレートの外部からの異物の進入や、外部への環境汚染を防ぐ。 【解決手段】封止された反応容器5と、反応容器5に接続された反応容器流路13,15,17と、反応容器5とは別途設けられた封止容器からなるサンプル容器35と、サンプル容器35に接続されるサンプル容器流路35aと、液体を送液するためのシリンジ51と、シリンジ51を反応容器流路13又はサンプル容器流路35aに接続するための切替えバルブ63と、サンプル容器流路35aのサンプル容器35側の端部に接続された突起状の突起流路35dと、を備えている。サンプル容器35は、突起流路35dによって貫通可能な貫通部材を反応容器プレート使用時に液体と接触する位置に備え、突起流路35dの先端が貫通部材を介してサンプル容器35内に挿入されることによってサンプル容器35とサンプル容器流路35aが接続される。
