Abstract

 プラズマディスプレイパネルの製造方法は、2つの基板を互いに対向させて配置する工程と、複数のバス電極対を一方の基板の対向面に間隔を置いて形成する工程とを有する。さらに、複数の隔壁を他方の基板の対向面にバス電極対と交差する方向に間隔を置いて延在させて形成する工程とを有する。誘電体層でバス電極対およびそれが形成された側の基板を覆う工程と、複数の溝を誘電体層にバス電極対と交差する方向に間隔を置いて延在させて形成する工程とを有する。そして、アドレス電極を複数の溝内に形成する工程を有する。
