帐篷是人们日常生活中的一种用品, 可以使用在多种场合, 帐篷包括有帐篷架 和篷布, 将帐篷架支撑好, 然后挂上或披上篷布后就构成一可使用的帐篷。 传 统的帐篷呈锥形结构, 这种锥形结构的帐篷架主要由两杆交叉构成, 使用吋, 将两杆弯成弧形, 并将两杆的各端固定在地面上或支撑面上, 然后在架内挂上 篷布或在架外披上篷布, 就构成一锥形结构的帐篷, 这种锥形结构的帐篷, 由 于外部成倾斜状, 就使得帐篷内的空间显得较为狭小, 为了扩大帐篷内的空间 , 现有技术的帐篷通常是将原有的锥形帐篷架作为现有帐篷的顶架, 而在顶架 的下面再加撑框架式支架, 以达到拓展帐篷内的空间, 图 1即为现有技术的一种 帐篷架, 包括直立的四根竖杆 、 中间连接件 2 和伸缩件 3 , 四根竖杆 分布在矩形的四角位置, 相邻的竖杆 之间通过伸缩件 3 相连接, 中间连接 件 2 设在矩形的中部位置, 中间连接件 2 分别通过伸缩件 3 与四根竖杆 1 的顶端相连接, 伸缩件 3 则由多个 X部件相枢接构成, 这种帐篷架, 可以通过 伸缩件 3 的伸展而成一架体对篷布形成支撑, 也可通过伸缩件 3 的收缩而变 小体积, 使之便于收藏。 但是, 这种帐篷架主要存在如下的弊端: 一是折叠结 构就较为复杂, 不便于人们进行收折与展开的操作; 二是收折后体积较大, 不 便于人们的携带和收藏; 三是由于需要釆用八组伸缩件 3 , 使之质量较重, 使 用材料较多, 制作成本也高; 四是不便于帐篷内空间的扩大, 由于顶部釆用的 是交叉结构, 其长度和宽度应成相互对应关系, 因此, 在宽度一定的状态下, 长度无法进一步延长; 五是当为了扩大帐篷空间而不得不将多个帐篷架并在一 起吋, 其顶部形成多个尖锥形, 无法构成房子的形状, 造成外形不美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术之不足, 提供一种帐篷架, 具有结构简单、 拆 装方便、 收折体积小而便于携带、 收藏以及便于扩大帐篷空间的特点。
[4] 本发明解决其技术问题所釆用的技术方案是: 一种帐篷架, 包括至少二组或多 组依序排列的可固定在地面或支撑面上的支撑结构组件, 每相邻的支撑结构组 件的顶部之间通过由多个相枢接的 X部件构成的伸缩件相连接;
[5] 其中, 支撑结构组件包括:
[6] 二用于支撑或提挂帐篷顶的斜杆;
[7] 一连接在二斜杆顶端之间的第一连接件, 第一连接件的一侧或二侧设有可与所 述伸缩件相连接的连接部, 第一连接件还分别设有可与二斜杆的顶端相连接的 第一枢接部, 在两第一枢接部处分别设有可使所连接的斜杆撑开成人字形的限 位结构, 第一连接件的两第一枢接部分别与二斜杆的顶端相枢接;
[8] 二直立的竖杆, 底端设有用于与地面或支撑面相固定的固定部;
[9] 二分别连接在竖杆顶端与斜杆底端之间的第二连接件, 第二连接件设有与斜杆 底端相固定的固接部和与竖杆顶端相枢接的第二枢接部, 在第二枢接部处设有 使竖杆撑开成直立状的限位结构, 第二连接件通过固接部与斜杆底端相固定, 第二连接件通过第二枢接部与竖杆顶端相枢接。
[10] 所述第一连接件的连接部包括固接在第一连接件侧面的凸部以及由凸部以上下 或左右斜向伸出的两连接柱, 伸缩件的 X部件的两头分别枢接在连接柱的自由端 部。
[11] 所述第一连接件的连接部包括固接在第一连接件侧面的凸部以及固接在凸部两 侧边的以上下或左右斜向伸出的斜向连接柱, 伸缩件的 X部件的两头分别枢接在 斜向连接柱的自由端部。
[12] 所述第一连接件的连接部包括固接在第一连接件侧面的带两片凸耳的凸部以及 固接在凸部两片凸耳的外侧面的以上下或左右斜向伸出的斜向连接柱, 伸缩件 的 X部件的两头分别枢接在斜向连接柱的自由端部。
[13] 所述的竖杆为单体结构。
[14] 所述的竖杆由内杆和外管构成, 内杆和外管之间滑动相套接, 在套接处设有相 互定位结构。
[15] 所述的伸缩件由多个 X部件相枢接构成, 相邻的 X部件的上下端对应相枢接; 其中, X部件由二杆在中部相枢接构成。
[16] 所述第一连接件限位结构的限位方向与第二连接件限位结构的限位方向相对于 两连接件中间的斜杆为相反方向。
[17] 所述第一连接件中还设有用于定位伸缩件成展开状态的定位结构。
[18] 所述的竖杆顶段与斜杆底段之间还装有辅助支撑杆, 辅助支撑杆的一端固定在 竖杆顶段或斜杆底段处, 另一端活动固定在斜杆底段或竖杆顶段处。
[19] 所述的第一连接件与斜杆的顶段之间还连接一弹簧。
[20] 所述的第一连接件的第一枢接部包括第一连接件本体的两凸耳、 容纳在两凸耳 之间的 T形套管和固定在第一连接件本体与斜杆之间的弹簧, T形套管的两直通 管口通过一插销与连接件本体的两凸耳枢接相固定, 斜杆顶端插套在 τ形套管的 另一管口内并通过插件相固定, 第一连接件本体的两凸耳之间还分别装有固定 销和限位销, 弹簧一端固定在固定销处, 另一端固定在斜杆顶部的杆壁处。
[21] 本发明的帐篷架, 其竖杆可以为一根单体结构的杆件, 也可以为内杆和外管结 构, 由前者构成的帐篷架不能调整高低, 由后者构成的帐篷架则可以调整高低 , 调整吋, 利用内杆与外管之间的拉出或推进, 使竖杆长短变化, 进而实现帐 篷架高低的不同。 这种内杆和外管结构, 可以将内杆设在下部、 外管设在上部 , 也可以外管设在下部、 内杆设在上部。 内杆与外管之间的伸缩位置, 则是利 用套接处的相互定位结构来实现。
[22] 本发明的帐篷架, 第一连接件的第一枢接部处的限位结构使所枢接的斜杆撑开 构成人字形, 两斜杆可以在撑开成人字形的状态下相互向内转动而相靠近, 在 靠近位向外转动撑开吋, 当撑开至构成人字形吋, 会受到限位结构的限位而不 能继续向外转动。
[23] 本发明的帐篷架, 第二连接件的第二枢接部的限位结构是限位在撑开状态, 在 撑开状态吋, 竖杆可以围绕第二连接件向斜杆的外侧转动, 实现竖杆与斜杆的 相靠近, 在靠近位竖杆可以围绕第二连接件向斜杆的内侧转动, 当转动到一定 位置, 此吋竖杆与斜杆的内侧之间构成大于 90°小于 180°的夹角, 两者形成撑开 状态, 受到限位结构的限位, 竖杆不能继续向内转动。
[24] 使用过程中, 本发明有二种状态, 一种是可收藏的折叠状态, 另一种是可使用 的撑开状态。 由收折状态撑开吋, 先将连接在支撑结构组件顶部之间的伸缩件 拉开, 并通过第一连接件的连接部中的定位结构使伸缩件的 X部件展开在一定的 拉伸形状, 然后将每组支撑结构组件再展开, 展开吋, 将相互靠近的两斜杆围 绕第一连接件旋转相互撑开而成人字形, 撑开至人字形吋, 受第一连接件限位 结构的限位, 两斜杆不能继续向外相互转动, 同吋, 将分别靠近两斜杆的两竖 杆围绕第二连接件向下翻折, 使两竖杆的底端向下而成直立状态, 在直立状态 , 受第二连接件限位结构的限位, 竖杆与斜杆之间不能相互继续内折, 最后将 竖杆的底端通过固定部固定在地面或支撑面上, 由于第一连接件限位结构的限 位方向与第二连接件限位结构的限位方向相对于两连接件中间的斜杆为相反方 向, 因此, 二斜杆、 二竖杆通过第一连接件、 第二连接件的连接而成稳定的撑 开状态, 而各组支撑结构组件之间通过由多个相枢接的 X部件构成的伸缩件的相 互牵拉而形成一个整体支撑结构, 篷布既可以披在本发明的外面, 也可以挂在 本发明内。 由撑开状态收折吋, 其过程正好与上述相反, 先将披或挂在本发明 的篷布取下, 接着折除竖杆底端的固定部与地面或支撑面的相固定, 然后, 将 直立的竖杆围绕第二连接件向外翻折, 使竖杆转动超过 180°而与斜杆相靠近, 同 吋, 将两斜杆围绕第一连接件向内旋转而靠近, 最后将支撑结构组件之间的伸 缩件压缩, 使整个帐篷架成收折状态, 以便于收藏。
本发明的有益效果是, 由于釆用了一第一连接件、 二斜杆、 二第二连接件、 二 竖杆来构成支撑结构组件, 且在支撑结构组件的顶部之间通过由多个相枢接的 X 部件构成的伸缩件相连接, 二斜杆之间则通过第一连接件相连接, 使二斜杆可 向内对折, 向外撑开至人字形吋而限位, 斜杆与竖杆之间则通过第二连接件相 连接, 使竖杆对斜杆形成了支撑, 从而构成了可支撑篷布的架体, 具有结构简 单、 拆装方便、 收折体积小而便于收藏以及便于扩大帐篷空间的特点; 由于在 第一连接件与斜杆的顶段之间还连接有弹簧, 通过弹簧的作用可使斜杆收折吋 速度缓慢, 避免将操作者的手夹住, 而在斜杆撑开吋, 弹簧有助推作用, 实现 轻松展开, 同吋, 弹簧还可助于将斜杆拉在撑开位; 由于在竖杆顶段与斜杆底 段之间还装有辅助支撑杆, 通过辅助支撑杆的作用, 形成了竖杆对斜杆的更有 力支撑, 同吋也有助于防止竖杆向外翻折。 [26] 以下结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明; 但本发明的帐篷架不局限 于实施例。

[51] 本发明的帐篷架, 其竖杆 12为一根单体结构的杆件, 当然竖杆 12也可以为内杆 122和外管 123结构 (如图 11所示) , 由前者构成的帐篷架不能调整高低, 由后 者构成的帐篷架则可以调整高低, 调整吋, 利用内杆 122与外管 123之间的拉出 或推进, 使竖杆 12长短变化, 进而实现帐篷架高低的不同。 这种内杆 122和外管 123结构, 可以将内杆设在下部、 外管设在上部, 也可以外管设在下部、 内杆设 在上部。 内杆与外管之间的伸缩位置, 则是利用套接处的相互定位结构来实现 , 这种定位结构可以在外管上设置多个孔, 在内杆中则设置一弹珠, 当内杆与 外管之间滑动至弹珠与孔相对应吋, 内杆的弹珠弹入孔中, 使内杆与外管之间 相互定位, 内杆的弹珠与外管不同孔位的配合, 使竖杆 12伸缩在不同的位置。
[52] 本发明的帐篷架, 第一连接件 3的第一枢接部 32处的限位结构使所枢接的斜杆 1 1撑开构成人字形, 两斜杆 11可以在撑开成人字形的状态下相互向内转动而相靠 近, 在靠近位向外转动撑开吋, 当撑开至构成人字形吋, 会受到限位结构的限 位而不能继续向外转动。
[53] 本发明的帐篷架, 第二连接件 13的第二枢接部 132的限位结构是限位在撑开状 态, 在撑开状态吋, 竖杆 12可以围绕第二连接件 13向斜杆 11的外侧转动, 实现 竖杆 12与斜杆 11的相靠近, 在靠近位竖杆 12可以围绕第二连接件 13向斜杆 11的 内侧转动, 当转动到一定位置, 此吋竖杆 12与斜杆 11的内侧之间构成大于 90°小 于 180°的夹角, 两者形成撑开状态, 受到限位结构的限位, 竖杆不能继续向内转 动。
[54] 使用过程中, 本发明有二种状态, 一种是可收藏的折叠状态, 另一种是可使用 的撑开状态。 由收折状态撑开吋, 先将连接在支撑结构组件 1顶部之间的伸缩件 2拉开, 并通过第一连接件的连接部 31中的定位结构使伸缩件的 X部件展开在一 定的拉伸形状, 然后将每组支撑结构组件 1再展开, 展开吋, 将相互靠近的两斜 杆 11围绕第一连接件 3旋转相互撑开而成人字形, 撑开至人字形吋, 受第一连接 件 3限位结构的限位, 两斜杆 11不能继续向外相互转动, 同吋, 将分别靠近两斜 杆 11的两竖杆 12围绕第二连接件 13向下翻折, 使两竖杆 12的底端向下而成直立 状态, 在直立状态, 受第二连接件 13限位结构的限位, 竖杆 12与斜杆 11之间不 能相互继续内折, 最后将竖杆 12的底端通过固定部 121固定在地面或支撑面上, 由于第一连接件 3限位结构的限位方向与第二连接件 13限位结构的限位方向相对 于两连接件中间的斜杆 11为相反方向, 因此, 二斜杆 11、 二竖杆 12通过第一连 接件 3、 第二连接件 13的连接而成稳定的撑开状态, 而各组支撑结构组件之间通 过由多个相枢接的 X部件构成的伸缩件 2的相互牵拉而形成一个整体支撑结构。 由撑开状态收折吋, 其过程正好与上述相反, 先折除竖杆 12底端的固定部 121与 地面或支撑面的相固定, 然后, 将直立的竖杆 11围绕第二连接件 13向外翻折, 使竖杆 12转动超过 180°而与斜杆 11相靠近, 同吋, 将两斜杆 11围绕第一连接件 3 向内旋转而靠近, 最后将支撑结构组件 1之间的伸缩件 2压缩, 使整个帐篷架成 收折状态, 以便于收藏。
[55] 图 9为本发明支撑结构组件的第一连接件的连接部釆用第二种结构形式的构造 示意图, 第一连接件的连接部 31包括固接在第一连接件侧面的凸部 313以及固接 在凸部两侧边的以上下或左右斜向伸出的斜向连接柱 314, 伸缩件的 X部件 21的 两头分别枢接在斜向连接柱 314的自由端部。
[56] 图 10为本发明支撑结构组件的第一连接件的连接部釆用第三种结构形式的构造 示意图, 第一连接件的连接部 31包括固接在第一连接件侧面的带两片凸耳的凸 部 315以及固接在凸部两片凸耳的外侧面的以上下或左右斜向伸出的斜向连接柱 316, 伸缩件的 X部件 21的两头分别枢接在斜向连接柱 316的自由端部。 [57] 在第一连接件中还可设有用于定位伸缩件成展开状态的定位结构, 参见图 12所 示, 在中间的第一连接件 3底部设有两根可向两边翻转的杆件 301, 杆件端头带 有钩部 302, 而在两边的第一连接件 3底部则设有可让杆件 301钩挂的挂接部 303 , 当展开吋, 将中间第一连接件 3底部的杆件 301的钩部 302钩在两边的第一连接 件 3底部的挂接部 303中, 使伸缩件 2无法收缩。
[58] 使用吋, 可以在本发明的外侧披上篷布形成帐篷如图 13所示或帐篷式房子如图 14所示, 也可以在本发明的内侧挂上篷布以及网布如图 15所示, 还可以在本发 明的内侧局部挂上篷布以及网布形成房子式构造如图 16所示, 然后再在外侧披 上篷布形成既有敞开式空间和室内空间的房子式构造如图 17所示。
[59] 上述实施例仅用来进一步说明本发明的帐篷架, 但本发明并不局限于实施例, 凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、 等同变化与修 饰, 均落入本发明技术方案的保护范围内。
工业实用性
[60] 本发明一种帐篷架, 结构简单、 拆装方便、 收折体积小, 并且可大批量工业化 生产, 具有良好的工业实用性。

[1] 一种帐篷架, 其特征在于: 包括至少二组或多组依序排列的可固定在地面 或支撑面上的支撑结构组件, 每相邻的支撑结构组件的顶部之间通过由多 个相枢接的 X部件构成的伸缩件相连接;
其中, 支撑结构组件包括:
二用于支撑或提挂帐篷顶的斜杆;
一连接在二斜杆顶端之间的第一连接件, 第一连接件的一侧或二侧设有可 与所述伸缩件相连接的连接部, 第一连接件还分别设有可与二斜杆的顶端 相连接的第一枢接部, 在两第一枢接部处分别设有可使所连接的斜杆撑开 成人字形的限位结构, 第一连接件的两第一枢接部分别与二斜杆的顶端相 枢接;
二直立的竖杆, 底端设有用于与地面或支撑面相固定的固定部; 二分别连接在竖杆顶端与斜杆底端之间的第二连接件, 第二连接件设有与 斜杆底端相固定的固接部和与竖杆顶端相枢接的第二枢接部, 在第二枢接 部处设有使竖杆撑开成直立状的限位结构, 第二连接件通过固接部与斜杆 底端相固定, 第二连接件通过第二枢接部与竖杆顶端相枢接。
[2] 根据权利要求 1所述的帐篷架, 其特征在于: 所述第一连接件的连接部包括 固接在第一连接件侧面的凸部以及由凸部以上下或左右斜向伸出的两连接 柱, 伸缩件的 X部件的两头分别枢接在连接柱的自由端部。
[3] 根据权利要求 1所述的帐篷架, 其特征在于: 所述第一连接件的连接部包括 固接在第一连接件侧面的凸部以及固接在凸部两侧边的以上下或左右斜向 伸出的斜向连接柱, 伸缩件的 X部件的两头分别枢接在斜向连接柱的自由 端部。
[4] 根据权利要求 1所述的帐篷架, 其特征在于: 所述第一连接件的连接部包括 固接在第一连接件侧面的带两片凸耳的凸部以及固接在凸部两片凸耳的外 侧面的以上下或左右斜向伸出的斜向连接柱, 伸缩件的 X部件的两头分别 枢接在斜向连接柱的自由端部。
[5] 根据权利要求 1所述的帐篷架, 其特征在于: 所述的竖杆为单体结构; 或 由内杆和外管构成, 内杆和外管之间滑动相套接, 在套接处设有相互定位 结构。
[6] 根据权利要求 1所述的帐篷架, 其特征在于: 所述第一连接件限位结构的限 位方向与第二连接件限位结构的限位方向相对于两连接件中间的斜杆为相 反方向。
[7] 根据权利要求 1所述的帐篷架, 其特征在于: 所述第一连接件中用于连接伸 缩件的连接部还设有用于定位伸缩件成展开状态的定位结构。

[10] 根据权利要求 1所述的帐篷架, 其特征在于: 所述的第一连接件的第一枢接 部包括第一连接件本体的两凸耳、 容纳在两凸耳之间的 τ形套管和固定在 第一连接件本体与斜杆之间的弹簧, τ形套管的两直通管口通过一插销与 连接件本体的两凸耳枢接相固定, 斜杆顶端插套在 τ形套管的另一管口内 并通过插件相固定, 第一连接件本体的两凸耳之间还分别装有固定销和限 位销, 弹簧一端固定在固定销处, 另一端固定在斜杆顶部的杆壁处。
