随着宽带接入和互联网应用的普及, 目前越来越多的家庭用户配置了宽 带上网的业务。 而在人员流动率较高的出租公寓、 大学学生宿舍、 大型企业 厂区宿舍等区域, 由于是多人共同使用一个电话接口上网, 这样就需要解决 个人帐号上网及漫游使用的问题, 从而满足随时随地宽带上网的需求。 运营 商为了增加这部分区域的宽带上网利用率, 推出了对宽带账号个人化、 移动 化的卡号业务。 这种卡是面向需要移动办公及经常出差等有帐号可携带、 可 漫游需求的商务人士, 以及出租屋白领、 在校大学生等中高端流动人群推出 的预付费方式, 可漫游、 可计时、 可充值、 可支付使用的宽带帐号卡。 但是 在公寓、 宿舍、 出租房因为人员流动率高而不会固定配置用于宽带上网的
MODEM (宽带调制解调器), 所以移动人员在这些地点宽带接入需要一种便 携式的宽带 MODEM, 配合个人的宽带帐号就可以在这些地点方便上网。
目前国内用户普遍使用宽带 MODEM的方式来接入互联网, 参见图 1 , 传统的宽带 MODEM提供了以太网接口、 电话线接口、 电源接口, 需要外接 电源适配器才可以正常地工作, 而由于电源适配器通常比较大, 不便于携带, 所以传统的宽带 MODEM适合固定使用宽带 MODEM的场所,不适合移动用 户的要求。 此外, 目前市场上已经出现了不需要外接电源适配器的 USB接口 的宽带 MODEM, 参见图 2, 这种 USB MODEM提供了 USB接口和电话线 接口, 需要用户预先在计算机中安装 USB MODEM的驱动程序才可以使用, 这在用户计算机没有光驱或者用户没有驱动光盘的情况下就无法通过 USB MODEM接入互联网, 给用户的使用带来麻烦。 发明内容
为了使移动用户能够方便快捷、 简单容易地在有互联网接入点的地方实 现高速上网, 本发明实施例提供了一种内置宽带拨号功能的设备, 所述设备 包括:
USB通信接口模块, 用于与网络终端连接, 实现所述网络终端与互联网 的信息交互;
第一存储模块, 用于存储所述设备的驱动程序;
处理器, 用于将所述第一存储模块中存储的所述设备的驱动程序安装到 所述网络终端中, 以及用于对接收到的数据信息进行分析处理;
网络拨号接口模块, 连接在所述处理器与电话线之间, 用于通过电话线 接入互联网。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果:
本发明实施例提供的设备体积小、 便于携带, 而且由于功耗低省去了外 接电源适配器, 同时该设备还可以自动安装设备驱动程序和具有数据存储功 能, 给用户使用上带来了极大的便利性。 附图说明

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图对本发 明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。 参见图 3 , 本发明实施例提供了一种内置宽带拨号功能的设备, 该设备 包括:
USB通信接口模块 101 , 用于与网络终端连接, 实现网络终端与互联网 的信息交互;
第一存储模块 102, 用于存储设备的驱动程序;
处理器 103 , 用于将第一存储模块 102中存储的设备的驱动程序安装到 网络终端中, 以及用于对接收到的数据信息进行分析处理;
网络拨号接口模块 104, 连接在处理器 103与电话线之间, 用于通过电 话线接入互联网。
其中, USB通信接口模块 101具体可以釆用 USB2.0连接器来实现, 同 时, 该设备可以通过 USB通信接口模块 101从网络终端供电, 网络终端可以 是计算机、 路由器等设备, 本实施例以内置宽带拨号功能的设备与计算机相 连接为例;
第一存储模块 102与处理器 103连接, 实际应用时, 第一存储模块 102 具体可以釆用大容量 FLASH器件实现;
网络拨号接口模块 104通过 RJ11接口与电话线连接,该网络拨号接口模 块 104内有 A/D转换模块, 用于实现数字信号和模拟信号之间的相互转换。 实际应用时, 网络拨号接口模块 104 可以为 ADSL ( Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line ,非对称数字用户线)接口模块、 RADSL ( Rate adaptive ADSL , 速率自适应 ASDL )接口模块、 VDSL ( Very high speed Digital Subscriber Line , 甚高速数字用户线)接口模块、 SDSL ( Single Digital Subscriber Line, 单数字 用户线)接口模块、 IDSL ( Integrated Service Digital Network Digital Subscriber Line , 综合业务数字网数字用户线)接口模块或 HDSL ( High bit rate Digital Subscriber Line , 高比特率数字用户线)接口模块。
进一步地, 参见图 4, 在图 3提供的设备基础上, 该设备还包括:
USB接口驱动电路 105, 与 USB通信接口模块 101和处理器 103连接, 用于实现 USB通信接口模块 101与处理器 103之间的电器性能匹配。
该设备还可以包括:
第二存储模块 106, 与处理器 103连接, 用于存储用户的数据信息和临 时运行的程序。
其中, 第二存储模块 106具体可以釆用 SDRAM ( Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory, 同步动态随机存取存储器)来实现。
上述处理器 103具体包括检测单元、 自动安装单元和分析处理单元; 其中,检测单元用于通过 USB通信接口模块 101检测计算机中是否安装 有该设备的驱动程序;
自动安装单元用于检测单元检测的结果为计算机中未安装有该设备的驱 动程序时, 从第一存储模块 102中读取该设备的驱动程序, 将该设备的驱动 程序自动安装到计算机中;
分析处理单元用于对计算机的请求和互联网的应答信息进行分析处理, 并将处理结果发送给计算机或外部互联网。
另外, 上述自动安装单元也可以替换为触发安装单元, 用于检测单元检 测的结果为网络终端中未安装有该设备的驱动程序时, 触发计算机的操作系 统从第一存储模块 102中读取该设备的驱动程序, 并将该设备的驱动程序自 动安装到计算机中。
处理器 103可以具体为 DSP ( Digital Signal Processor, 数字信号处理) 处理器。 备体积小、 便于携带, 还可以自动安装设备驱动程序和具有数据存储功能, 给用户使用上带来了极大的便利性。
在实际应用中, 本发明实施例提供的内置宽带拨号功能的设备由外壳部 分和装于其内部的电路板两部分构成, 电路板上的核心部件包括但不限于 Cypress公司的 SL811HS芯片、 IKANOS公司的 IKE6505芯片和 IKE6488芯 片。 用户将该设备分别与计算机的 USB接口和电话线相连后, 该设备会自动 检测计算机是否已经安装与其对应的驱动程序, 如果计算机没有安装与其对 应的驱动程序, 该设备会自动安装驱动程序; 该设备通过第二存储模块 106 中存储的程序自动进行拨号, 拨号成功后, 用户通过 web浏览器进行上网。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明 的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发 明的保护范围之内。

1. 一种内置宽带拨号功能的设备, 其特征在于, 所述设备包括:
USB通信接口模块, 用于与网络终端连接, 实现所述网络终端与互联网的 信息交互;
第一存储模块, 用于存储所述设备的驱动程序;
处理器, 用于将所述第一存储模块中存储的所述设备的驱动程序安装到所 述网络终端中, 以及用于对接收到的数据信息进行分析处理;
网络拨号接口模块, 连接在所述处理器与电话线之间, 用于通过电话线接 入互联网。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的内置宽带拨号功能的设备, 其特征在于, 所述设 备还包括:
USB接口驱动电路, 与所述 USB通信接口模块和所述处理器连接, 用于实 现所述 USB通信接口模块与所述处理器之间的电器性能匹配。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的内置宽带拨号功能的设备, 其特征在于, 所述设 备还包括:
第二存储模块, 与所述处理器连接, 用于存储用户的数据信息和临时运行 的程序, 所述第二存储模块的存储介质为 SDRAM。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的内置宽带拨号功能的设备, 其特征在于, 所述处 理器具体包括:
检测单元, 用于通过所述 USB通信接口模块检测所述网络终端中是否安装 有所述设备的驱动程序;
自动安装单元, 用于所述检测单元检测的结果为所述网络终端中未安装有 所述设备的驱动程序时, 从所述第一存储模块中读取所述设备的驱动程序, 将 所述设备的驱动程序自动安装到所述网络终端中;
分析处理单元, 用于对所述网络终端的请求和互联网的应答信息进行分析 处理, 并将处理结果发送给所述网络终端或外部互联网。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的内置宽带拨号功能的设备, 其特征在于, 所述处 理器具体包括:
检测单元, 用于通过所述 USB通信接口模块检测所述网络终端中是否安装 有所述设备的驱动程序;
触发安装单元, 用于所述检测单元检测的结果为所述网络终端中未安装有 所述设备的驱动程序时, 触发所述网络终端的操作系统从所述第一存储模块中 读取所述设备的驱动程序, 并将所述设备的驱动程序自动安装到所述网络终端 中;
分析处理单元, 用于对所述网络终端的请求和互联网的应答信息进行分析 处理, 并将处理结果发送给所述网络终端或外部互联网。
6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的内置宽带拨号功能的设备, 其特征在于, 所述 USB通信接口模块用于从所述网络终端为所述设备供电。
7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的内置宽带拨号功能的设备, 其特征在于, 所述 USB通信接口模块为 USB2.0连接器。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的内置宽带拨号功能的设备, 其特征在于, 所述网 络拨号接口模块还用于通过 RJ11接口与电话线连接。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的内置宽带拨号功能的设备, 其特征在于, 所述网 络拨号接口模块包括: ADSL接口模块、 RADSL接口模块、 VDSL接口模块、 SDSL接口模块、 IDSL接口模块或 HDSL接口模块。
