Abstract

 ポリマー自体が有する本来の品質を低下させることなく、温和な温度条件下において二次凝集を抑制でき、粗大粒子が非常に少ない目的の凝固ラテックス粒子を回収することのできる、新規な造粒方法、及び、耐ブロッキングに優れる凝固ラテックス粒子とするために、本発明の凝固ラテックス粒子の製造方法は、高分子ラテックス液滴、及び硬質重合体ラテックス液滴を含有する気相中で、これらの混合ラテックスを形成し、この混合ラテックスから凝固ラテックス粒子を製造する凝固ラテックス粒子の製造方法であり、本発明の凝固ラテックス粒子は、粒径20μm~400μm、かつ、平均真球度が0.5以上の高分子粒子の表面が、平均50nm~600nmnmの厚みの粒径50nm~300nm、かつ、平均真球度が0.97以上硬質重合体一次粒子で覆われてなる。
