Abstract

 コンパクトで、十分な明るさを備えた結像光学系を提供する。3枚の反射鏡を備え、視野中心の光軸をZ軸とするXYZ直交座標系を定めた場合に、YZ断面において光軸の向きを変化させ、第2反射面に入射する光路と第3反射面から射出される光路とが交差し、視野中心の光軸と像面の光軸とが平行となる。反射面の少なくとも一つが回転非対称面である。視野中心の光軸に沿った光線の光路に沿って、第1反射面と第2反射面間の距離をL1、第2反射面と第3反射面間の距離をL2、第3反射面と像面間の距離をL3、第1反射面と像面間の距離をLとし、第1反射面のXZ断面の焦点距離をfx1、第1反射面のYZ断面の焦点距離をfy1、等価エフナンバーをFnoとして、  -60< fy1/L3 <0  -60< fx1/L3 <0  0.635< Fno (L2/L3) <1.12  0.35 < L1/L <0.5 が満たされる。
