Abstract

 右ドア3に取り付けられた受光器5は左ドア2に取り付けられた投光器4が投光した赤外線ビーム6を受光して受光処理部12に受光信号を出力し、受光処理部12は受光信号を増幅してセンサ制御部31に出力する。受光量算出部36は受光信号に基づいて投光器4が投光しているときに受光器5が受光した投光時受光量と投光器4が投光していないときに受光器5が受光した外乱光受光量とを算出する。受光量補正部37は外乱光受光量を減算して投光時受光量を補正する。障害物判定部38は補正後の投光時受光量と障害物判定値とを比較して障害物を検出する。これにより、外乱光が発生している場合でも障害物を検出することができる。
