Abstract
ルースパーツの監視方法及び装置において、誤警報の発生を極力防止し、高い信頼性を得る。 第1~第6の誤信号判断ステップのうち、第2の誤信号判断ステップではインパクトの波形の立上り勾配、即ち、音の強さの変化に基づいて信号の正誤が判断され、第3の誤信号判断ステップでは衝撃音の波形の減衰期間、即ち、音の強さの変化に基づいて信号の正誤が判断され、第4の誤信号判断ステップでは周波数スペクトラム、即ち、音の周波数の分布(音高)に基づいて信号の正誤が判断され、第6の誤信号判断ステップでは、検出信号と各誤信号判断ステップで誤信号と判断された信号の対比、即ち、音の強さの変化と音の周波数の分布と音の大きさに基づいて信号の正誤が総合的に判断される様にする。この結果、検出信号の正誤の判断精度が格段に向上し、誤警報の極めて少ないルースパーツの監視がなされる。
