Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une cornière inversée qui peut être acheminée horizontalement dans une structure simple sur un lit de refroidissement sans machine de correction tout en réduisant la chaîne de fabrication pour la cornière inversée, ainsi qu'un appareil de production de ladite cornière. Le procédé consiste à refroidir intensivement un côté court da la cornière inversée au cours d'une pluralité de processus de laminage à l'aide d'un laminoir après chauffage d'un matériau de base, qui est un produit en acier semi-fini, dans une plage connue de température dans un four de réchauffage, à refroidir un côté court et un côté long de la cornière inversée après que le laminage est terminé, à pré-cintrer la cornière inversée de sorte que les deux extrémités soient pliées à partir du centre, à acheminer horizontalement et à refroidir la cornière inversée sur un lit de refroidissement, à insérer et à corriger la cornière inversée à l'aide d'une machine de correction puis à couper la cornière inversée à une longueur souhaitée.
