Abstract

 本発明の軽質オレフィン類製造用触媒は、ペンタシル型ゼオライトからなる触媒であって、前記ペンタシル型ゼオライトに含まれるアルカリ土類金属原子及びアルミニウム原子が、原子比[アルカリ土類金属原子/アルミニウム原子]=0.2~15を満たし、及び前記ペンタシル型ゼオライトの窒素吸着法で測定した吸着等温線の傾きの平均値が、相対圧0.2~0.7の間で30以上である。 本発明の軽質オレフィン類製造用触媒は、含酸素有機化合物を原料とすることができ、当該含酸素有機化合物を接触分解し、軽質オレフィン類を高い収率で製造することができる。また、本発明の軽質オレフィン類製造用触媒は触媒寿命が長いため、触媒の再生周期が長くなり再生回数が減少し、生産効率向上及び生産コスト削減が可能である。
