Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de disque de roue à rayons, dont la productivité et le rendement sont améliorés et dont les problèmes de soudure au niveau de la jante sont réduits. Le procédé de fabrication comprend une étape de préformage d'une pluralité de parties élevées (110) pour la base des parties de renforcement (11) des parties de rayon dans une découpe de panneau sensiblement circulaire (100), de manière concentrique sur le côté de circonférence externe par rapport aux trous de boulon (10e), une étape d'ouverture d'une pluralité de prototypes d'orifices décoratifs (200) dans les parties élevées, pour ainsi former des prototypes de parties de rayon (100b) entre les prototypes de trous décoratifs voisins, une étape de formation de rebord de disque (10c) en pliant la partie de circonférence externe de la découpe de panneau présentant les prototypes d'orifices décoratifs ouverts, perpendiculairement dans la direction parallèle à l'axe de la roue, pour ainsi constituer le bord d'extrémité supérieure du rebord de disque avec les bords externes des prototypes d'orifices décoratifs formés et une étape de formation de partie de rayon (10b) en formant les parties de renforcement sur les prototypes de parties de rayon.
