Abstract

Es wird ein Doppelkupplungsgetriebe mit zwei Kupplungen (K1, K2), deren Eingangsseiten mit einer Antriebswelle (w_an) und deren Ausgangsseiten mit jeweils einer von zwei koaxial zueinander angeordneten Getriebeeingangswellen (w_K1, w_K2) verbunden sind, mit zumindest zwei Vorgelegewellen (w_v1, w_v2), auf denen als Losräder (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) ausgebildete Gangzahnräder drehbar gelagert sind, mit auf den beiden Getriebeeingangswellen (w_K1, w_K2) drehfest angeordneten und als Festräder (1, 2, 3) ausgebildeten Gangzahnrädern, die wenigstens zum Teil mit den Losrädern (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) in Eingriff stehen, mit mehreren Koppelvorrichtungen (A, B, C, D, E, F) zur drehfesten Verbindung von einem Losrad (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) mit einer Vorgelegewelle (w_v1, w_v2), und mit jeweils einem an den beiden Vorgelegewellen (w_v1, w_v2) vorgesehenen Abtriebszahnrad (12,13) vorgeschlagen, welches jeweils mit einer Verzahnung einer Abtriebswelle (w_ab) gekoppelt ist, wobei mehrere lastschaltbare Vorwärtsgänge (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) und zumindest ein Rückwärtsgang (R1, R2, R3) schaltbar sind. Es sind nur drei Doppel-Radebenen (5-8, 6-9, 7-10) vorgesehen und in jeder Doppel-Radebene (5-8, 6- 9, 7-10) ist jeweils ein Losrad (5, 8; 6, 9; 7, 10) der ersten und zweiten Vorgelegewellen (w_v1, w_v2) einem Festrad (1, 2, 3) einer der Getriebeeingangswellen (w_K1, w_K2) zugeordnet, wobei in jeder Doppel-Radebene (5-8, 6-9, 7-10) zumindest ein Losrad (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) für mindestens zwei Gänge benutzbar ist, so dass zumindest ein Windungsgang bei zumindest einer einem der Abtriebszahnräder (12,13) zugeordneten und geöffneten Koppelvorrichtung (S_ab1, S_ab2) schaltbar ist.
