Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de soudure de panneaux de parois compacts, destiné en particulier à des panneaux de chaudières industrielles, basé sur l'utilisation du laser à fibre et l'utilisation du faisceau laser avec fil froid ou chaud, ou d'un faisceau de système hybride MAG avec un faisceau laser, pour la jonction de panneaux de parois compacts. Le processus de soudure est exécuté sous forme de soudure bout à bout de type T sans chanfreinage, à une vitesse supérieure à 1 m/min, tandis que les panneaux sont préchauffés à des températures allant de 100 oC à 200 oC.
