Abstract

L'invention concerne un climatiseur présentant un coefficient d'efficacité préféré même dans une condition d'utilisation différente. Dans un circuit de milieu de refroidissement (10), un compresseur (21), un échangeur de chaleur extérieur (23), une soupape de détente intérieure (41, 51) et un échangeur de chaleur intérieur (42, 52) sont reliés de façon à faire circuler le milieu de refroidissement. Un ventilateur extérieur (28) envoie un fluide à l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur (23). Un capteur de température d'échange de chaleur (33) détecte la température de condensation du milieu de refroidissement. Un capteur de température extérieure (36) détecte la température de l'air extérieur soumis à l'échange de chaleur avec le milieu de refroidissement dans l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur (23). Une unité de commande (8) divise le degré de sous-refroidissement du milieu de refroidissement présent à proximité de la sortie de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur (23) par la différence entre la température de condensation détectée du milieu de refroidissement et la température détectée de l'air extérieur et commande le compresseur (21), la soupape de détente intérieure (41, 51) et/ou le ventilateur extérieur (28) selon le quotient de la division utilisé comme valeur cible.
