Abstract

L'invention concerne des matériaux à pellicule qui subissent un changement de couleur lorsque leur intégrité est brisée et notamment des matériaux d'emballage à indication de l'intégrité de l'emballage. Le but principal de ces matériaux consiste à éviter que des objets dangereux ou interdits soient rajoutés illicitement à des bagages de passagers après que le contrôle sécurité de ces bagages ait été effectué par des services de sécurité d'un aéroport. Le matériau comprend un premier film polymère à l'un des plans desquels est fixé un deuxième film polymère, les films polymères étant soudés ou collés ensemble au moyen de plusieurs longues soudures qui se croisent et séparent un espace entre les films polymères en plusieurs capsules hermétiques remplies d'un premier réactif et se distingue en ce que sur la deuxième surface de la première couche de film polymère on a appliqué une couche de matière poreuse dont l'interaction avec le premier réactif provoque la formation d'un produit de réaction dont la présence peut être aisément constatée. L'invention permet de fabriquer un matériau d'emballage selon une technologique simplifiée, qui exclut la possibilité de tout endommagement discret de l'emballage.
