在移动网络中,普通移动用户可以通过手机设置前转功能,如无条件前转、 遇忙前转或被叫不可及前转等等,但一般用户只能把本地号码或者国内号码设 置为前转号码, 比如, 当用户 A国际漫游且没有开通国际漫游功能时, 其它用 户就无法和 A用户的原来手机联系。
在现有技术中, 当被叫用户设置条件前转时,呼叫由端局前转到国际关口 局, 再由国际关口局接续到前转号码的归属国际网络。 其中, 所述呼叫前转是 现在移动通信服务中最常用的业务之一,被叫用户预先设置准备前转的目标电 话号码 ,在呼叫被叫用户时,系统将呼叫转移至已被设置的前转的国际号码上 , 但如果被叫用户身处国外, 则需要开通国际前转业务。 但是, 运营商如果提供 国际前转业务, 需要对通信网的核心网进行改造, 并且国际前转业务涉及到在 国际关口局的国际通话费用及呼叫前转费用, 因此通话费的计费复杂。 但是, 在实际应用中,由于前转到国际关口局的入局信令经常会丢失一些信息,比如, 将原被叫号码丢失等, 将会导致入局信令不符合国际关口局的计费要求。
由此可见,在现有技术中, 如果前转到国际关口局的入局信令中丢失原被 叫号码, 则导致运营商不能对发生前转的原被叫用户计费, 而可能把前转国际 长途的费用记录在主叫用户上, 这显然是不合理的。 此外, 由于国际关口局一 般对入局信令格式要求比较高,这就对该国的核心网要求比较高,甚至需要升 级改造, 以便能安装要求的格式发送入局信令给国际关口局, 因此开展该业务 的成^艮高。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种将呼叫前转到国际号码的方法、装置及系统,通过 改号功能, 以解决被叫用户能接续到预置的前转号码上的问题。
为此, 本发明实施例提供一种将呼叫前转到国际号码的方法, 包括步骤: 接收端局发送的触发请求;
若根据所述触发请求确定被叫用户开通前转国际号码业务,则将呼叫接续 到预先设置的前转的国际号码。
相应地, 本发明实施例还提供一种将呼叫前转到国际号码的装置, 包括: 接收单元, 用于接收端局发送的触发请求;
前转业务判断单元,用于根据所述触发请求判断所述被叫用户是否开通前 转国际号码业务, 并发送判断结果;
前转号码接续单元 ,用于在接收到前转业务判断单元发送被叫用户开通国 际号码业务的判断结果时, 将呼叫接续到预先设置的前转的国际号码。
相应地,本发明实施例再提供一种将呼叫前转到国际号码的系统, 所述系 统括: 业务控制节点和业务交换节点, 其中,
所述业务交换节点, 用于在接收到主叫用户呼叫被叫用户时, 向归属位置 寄存器请求被叫用户的签约信息, 并获得被叫用户的签约信息, 向业务控制节 点发送触发请求;
所述业务控制节点, 用于在接收到业务交换节点发送的所述触发请求后, 判断所述被叫用户是否开通前转国际号码业务, 若开通前转国际号码业务, 则 将呼叫接续到预先设置的前转的国际号码上。
本发明实施例通过在被叫用户的被叫流程中,判断所述被叫用户是否开通 前转国际号码业务, 若开通, 则将呼叫接续到预先设置的前转的国际号码。 即 本发明实施例在不修改国际关口局的情况下,利用业务控制节点的改号功能快 速实现前转国际号码的功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
请参阅图 1, 为本发明实施例中将呼叫前转到国际号码的方法的流程图, 所述方法包括:
步骤 101 : 接收端局发送的触发请求;
步骤 102: 若根据所述触发请求确定被叫用户开通前转国际号码业务, 则 将呼叫接续到预先设置的前转的国际号码。
在实现呼叫前转的过程中, 业务控制节点 (Service Control Point, SCP ) 接收端局发送的触发请求,触发被叫用户的普通被叫流程 (即呼叫接续到预先 设置的前转的国际号码的流程, 下同)。
其中,在端局发送触发请求前, 端局在接收到主叫用户呼叫被叫用户的呼 叫请求时, 向归属位置寄器( Home Location Register, HLR )请求被叫用户的 签约信息, HLR判断被叫用户是否设置无条件前转, 若被叫用户设置无条件 前转, 则将所述被叫用户的签约信息及设置的无条件前转指示反馈给端局, 若 未设置无条件前转, 则将所述被叫用户的签约信息反馈给端局。
如果 SCP在接收到端局发送的触发请求中包括: 预先被叫用户设定的无 条件前转指示, 则 SCP判断所述被叫用户是否开通无条件前转业务, 若是, 在获取被叫用户的无条件前传的前传号码后,通过比较所述前转的国际号码和 无条件前转的前传号码的优先级,来触发被叫用户的无条件前转被叫流程或普 通被叫流程。
在无条件前转被叫流程中,若判断所述被叫用户设置前转的国际号码和无 条件前转的前传号码的优先级; 若前转的国际号码的优先级高, 则下发连接消 息,将呼叫的目的地址填写为被叫用户预先设置的前转的国际号码; 若无条件 前转的前传号码的优先级高, 则直接下发接续信令消息,将呼叫直接接续到被 叫用户预先设置的前转的国际号码。
在普通被叫流程中,在判断所述被叫用户开通前转国际号码业务后, 则下 发连接消息,在该消息中将呼叫的目的地址填写为被叫用户预先设置的前转的 国际号码。
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解, 下面结合的具体的实施例来说明。
请参阅图 2, 为图 1中所述将呼叫前转到国际号码的方法的第一实施例。 本实施例为被叫用户未设置无条件前转的情况下 ,实现将呼叫前转到国际号码 的过程, 具体为:
步骤 201 :用户 A呼叫被叫移动用户 B,呼叫由端局移动交换中心(Mobile Switching Center, MSC ) /业务交换节点 ( Service Switch Point , SSP )处理; 步骤 202: 端局 MSC/SSP向归属位置寄存器(Home Location Register, HLR ) 中发送被叫用户签约消息的请求, HLR在接收到所述请求后, 若判断 被叫用户 B未设置无条件前转, 则 HLR向 MSC/SSP返回被叫用户 B的被叫 签约信息;
步骤 203: 端局 MSC/SSP向 SCP发送触发请求;
步骤 204: SCP接收到触发请求, 触发被叫用户 B的被叫流程;
步骤 205: SCP判断被叫用户 B是否开通前转国际号码业务;
也就是说, 在 SCP中, 预先给被叫用户 B设置一个是否开通国际号码的 标志, 并根据此标志判断被叫用户 B是否开通前转国际号码业务, 比如, 若 标志为 0, 则表示被叫用户没有开通前转国际号码; 若为 1 , 则表示被叫用户 开通前转国际号码功能。
步骤 206: 若开通, 则 SCP改号, 并把呼叫接续到前转号码 C; 也就是说, 若开通前转国际号码, 则向端局发送连接(Connect ) 消息, 并目标地址填写 为被叫用户 B预先设置的前转国际号码 C。若未开通,直接把呼叫接续到被叫 用户 B的号码上(图中未示)。
步骤 207: MSC/SSP触发被叫用户的前转流程; 即端局 MSC/SSP接收到 改号后的 Conncet 消息, 发现 Connect 消息中有主叫签约信息应用标识 ( oCSIApplicable )参数, 或者发现 SCP改号, 即下发的 Connect信令中目的 地址号码和启动检出点 ( Initial detection point , IDP )上报的被叫号码不同, 则触发被叫用户的前转流程 ( Mobile Forwarding , MF ) ;
步骤 208: 在前转流程中, SCP判断被叫用户 B的余额是否满足呼叫的条 件, 若不满足, 停止呼叫, 若满足, 则对被叫用户 B进行计费, 即计算被叫 用户 B的归属地国家到前转国际号码 C的归属地国家的国际长途费用;
步骤 209: SCP向端局发送接续 Connect 消息;
步骤 210: MSC/SSP 向国际关口局发送起始地址消息 (initial address message , ΙΑΜ )消息, 将呼叫接续到国际关口局, 国际关口局将呼叫接续至 前转国际号码 C的归属国家;
步骤 211 : 国际关口局通过端局向主叫用户 Α发送地址完成消息(Address Complete Message , ACM ) /应答消息 ( Answer Message , ΑΝΜ ), 用户 A 与 C实现通话。
还请参阅图 3,为图 1中所述将呼叫前转到国际号码的方法的第二实施例。 本实施例为被叫用户设置无条件前转的情况下,将呼叫前转到无条件前转的前 传号码的过程, 具体为:
步骤 301 : 用户 A呼叫被叫用户 B, 呼叫由端局 MSC/SSP处理。
步骤 302: 端局 MSC/SSP向 HLR请求被叫用户签约消息, HLR在接收到 所述请求后, 如果判断所述被叫用户是否设置无条件前传, 则若是, 则将该被 叫用户的的签约信息及预先设置的无条件前转指示反馈给端局 MSC/SSP。
步骤 303: 端局 MSC/SSP向 SCP发送包括无条件前转指示的触发请求; 步骤 304: SCP接收到触发请求后, 触发被叫用户 B的被叫流程; 步骤 305: SCP判断被叫用户 B是否开通前转国际号码业务, 若是, 则执 行步骤 306; 否则, 直接把呼叫接续到被叫用户 B的号码上;
也就是说, 在 SCP中, 预先给被叫用户 B设置一个是否开通国际号码的 标志, 并根据此标志判断被叫用户 B是否开通前转国际号码业务, 比如, 若 标志为 0, 则表示被叫用户没有开通前转国际号码; 若为 1 , 则表示被叫用户 开通前转国际号码功能。
步骤 306: 如果所述触发请求中包括无条件前转指示, 则 SCP判断被叫用 户 B是否开通无条件前传业务, 若是, 则从述 HLR中获取被叫用户预先设置 的无条件前传的前传号码(图中未示); 之后, 执行步骤 307; 否则, 直接把 呼叫接续到被叫用户 B的号码(图中未示);
步骤 307: SCP判断所述前转的国际号码和无条件前转的前传号码的优先 级, 即判断在 SCP中设置被叫用户前转(简称为 SCP前转 )和在 HLR中设置 被叫用户无条件前转(简称为 SCP前转) 的优先级。 其判断的过程为: 在被 叫用户 B的属性中定义中增加一个标志位, 若该标志位为 0, 表示 SCP前转 优先, 执行步骤 308; 若该标志位为 1, 表示 HLR无条件前转优先; 执行步骤 309。
或者是, 在被叫用户 B 的属性中, 先定义一个前转优先级判断标志位, 若该标志位为 0时, 为 SCP前转优先, 执行步骤 307, 该标志位为 1时, 为 HLR前转优先,执行步骤 308。但本实施例中对于优先级前传的设置并不限于 此。
步骤 308: 如果 SCP前转优先, 则 SCP下发 Connect, 目的地址填写为用 户 B 事先设置的前转国际号码 C 号码; 端局 MSC/SSP接收到改号以后的 Connect消息时 , MSC/SSP发现 Connect消息中有 oCSIApplicable参数或者发 现 SCP改号 (即下发的 Connect信令中目的地址号码和 IDP上报的被叫号码 不同), 则触发 B的 MF流程。
也就是说, SCP向端局发送 Connect消息, 该消息中的目标号码改为被叫 用户 B预先设置的前转国际号码 C, 端局发现 SCP将目标号码更改, 触发被 叫用户的前转流程。 并且在前转流程中判断被叫用户 B 的余额是否足够, 若 否, 停止呼叫, 若是, 对被叫用户 B进行计费, 即计算被叫用户 B的归属地 国家到前转国际号码 C的归属地国家的国际长途费用, 之后执行步骤 309。
步骤 309: 如果 HLR前转优先, 则 SCP直接下发 Continue, 端局触发无条件 前转 B的前转流程; 此时的前转号码一般为国内号码。
也就是说, SCP向端局发送继续 (Continue ) 消息, 端局 MSC/SSP触发 无条件前转被叫用户 B的前转流程。 并且在该流程中判断被叫用户 B的余额 是否足够, 若否, 停止呼叫, 若是, 对被叫用户 B从 B的归属地至无条件前 转号码 C的归属地或者拜访地的长途费用, 之后执行步骤 309。
步骤 310: 端局 MSC/SSP发送 IAM消息, 将呼叫接续到国际关口局, 国 际关口局将呼叫接续至无条件前转号码 C。
步骤 311 : 国际关口局向主叫用户 A发送 ACM/ANM, 用户 A与 C实现 通话。 在上述实施例的实现过程中,被叫用户需要预先设置前转号码,可以通过 以下方式实现: 非结构化补充数据业务 ( Unstructured Supplementary Services Data, USSD )方式或互动式语音应答 ( Interactive Voice Response, IVR )方式, 具体的实现过程如下所述, 但并不限于所公开的方式, 也可以是其它的方式。
请参阅图 4, 为本发明实施例中通过 USSD方式管理前转号码的流程图, 其具体的实现过程为:
步骤 401 :用户 A向 MSC/SSP发起 USSD呼叫,如用户 A拨打" * 120*3#", 可以根据最后一个数字判断该用户是否开通国际前转号码业务。也就是说, 最 后一个数字 (不同的数字)可以表示不同的含义, 如" * 120* 1# "表示开通前转 到 国 际号码业务, "*120*2#"表示取消前转国 际号码业务, "*120*3*MSISDN/PSTN# "表示把 MSISDN/PSTN设置为前转号码等。
步骤 402: 所述 MSC/SSP向用户 A的归属 HLR转发 USSD呼叫。
步骤 403: 所述 HLR根据 USSD的业务码, 如" 120", 将 USSD呼叫传 送到用户 A的 SCP, 触发 SCP中的业务;
步骤 404: SCP USSD呼叫, 执行管理用户前转国际号码的功能, 如 开通前转到国际号码业务、 取消国际号码业务、 增加和修改前转号码业务和 / 或者获取前转号码业务帮助信息等, 并将执行结果回复至 HLR;
步骤 405: 所述 HLR向 MSC/SSP反馈 USSD应答消息。
步骤 406:所述 MSC/SSP通知用户 A所述前转号码在 SCP中的设置情况。 还请参阅图 5, 为本发明实施例中通过 IVR方式管理前转号码的流程图, 其具体的实现过程为:
步骤 501 : 用户 A向 MSC/SSP发起 IVR管理流程呼叫;
步骤 502: 所述 MSC/SSP根据号码段或者用户 A的签约信息向 SCP发送 启动检出点 IDP消息, 触发主叫流程;
步骤 503: SCP向 MSC/SSP发送请求报告 BCSM事件(Request report
BCSM event , RRBE ) 消息, 监视 SSP中的启动检测点 IDP;
步骤 504: SCP向 MSC/SSP发送语音提示( PC ), 欢迎使用前转国际号码 业务, 按 1开通本业务, 按 2设置前转号码, 按 3取消前转国际号码业务, 按 4获取帮助信息等; 步骤 505: 所述 MSC/SSP向 SCP转发用户 A的选择 (即 PC-Result ); 步骤 506: SCP根据被叫用户 B的选择, 执行相应的操作或不同的业务特 性,即管理该用户国际前转号码业务,并向 MSC/SSP反馈响应的操作(即 PA ); 步骤 507: SCP完成相应的操作后, 向 MSC/SSP发送操作成功的语音提 示 (即 Release Call ) ;
步骤 508: MSC/SSP向用户 A反馈操作成功的语音提示。
相应地,本发明实施例还提供一种将呼叫前转到国际号码的装置,其结构 示意图详见图 6, 该将呼叫前转到国际号码的装置可以集成在业务控制节点 上, 但并不限于此。 该装置包括: 接收单元 61、 前转业务判断单元 62和前转 号码接续单元 63 , 其中, 所述接收单元 61 , 用于接收端局发送包括签约信息 的触发请求; 所述前转业务判断单元 62, 用于根据所述触发请求判断所述被 叫用户是否开通前转国际号码业务, 并发送判断结果; 所述前转号码接续单元 63 ,用于接收到前转业务判断单元发送被叫用户开通国际号码业务的判断结果 时, 将呼叫接续到预先设置的前转的国际号码。
另外,所述将呼叫前转到国际号码的装置前转装置还包括无条件前转业务 判断单元 64, 用于在接收到触发请求中无条件前转的前转号码时, 判断被叫 用户是否开通前转国际号码业务, 并发送判断结果; 无条件前转号码接续单元 65 , 用于根据无条件前转业务判断单元的是的判断结果,将呼叫接续到预先设 置的无条件前转的前转号码上。

使用所述将呼叫前转到国际号码的装置 , 具体实现呼叫前转的过程为: 接收单元 61接收到端局发送包括被叫用户签约信息的触发请求, 根据所 述触发请求触发被叫用户的被叫流程; 在被叫流程中, 前转业务判断单元 62 根据所述触发请求判断所述被叫用户是否开通前转国际号码业务,并发送判断 结果至前转号码接续单元 63; 前转号码接续单元 63接收到所述判断结果, 将 呼叫接续到预先设置的前转的国际号码。 若接收单元 61接收到的端局发送的 触发请求中包括无条件前转的前转号码,则触发被叫用户的无条件前转被叫流 程; 在无条件前转被叫流程中, 无条件前转业务判断单元 64判断被叫用户是 否开通前转国际号码业务, 若开通, 优先级判断单元 66判断前转的优先级, 若为业务控制节点前转优先, 则判断结果发送单元 67将判断结果发送至前转 号码接续单元 63; 若为归属位置寄存器前转优先, 则判断结果发送单元 67将 判断结果发送至无条件前转号码接续单元 65 , 最终实现对被叫用户的呼叫前 转。 由此可知, 本发明实施例可以再不修改国际关口局的情况下, 快速的实现 前转国际号码功能; 此外, 利用 SCP的改号功能来替换对核心网的改造, 使 运营商能快速部署国际前转业务。
此外, 在一种实施例中, 所述接收单元, 还用于接收端局发送包括被叫用 户无条件前转的前转号码的触发请求;所述将呼叫前转到国际号码的装置还包 括: 无条件前转业务判断单元、无条件前传号码获取单元和无条件前转号码接 续单元。 进一步还可以包括: 优先级判断单元, 其中,
所述无条件前转业务判断单元,用于判断被叫用户是否开通无条件前转号 码业务; 并发送判断结果;

所述业务控制节点, 用于在接收到业务交换节点发送的所述触发请求后, 判断所述被叫用户是否开通前转国际号码业务, 若开通前转国际号码业务, 则 将呼叫接续到预先设置的前转的国际号码上;

在一种实施例中 ,如果归属位置寄存器将所述被叫用户的签约信息反馈给 业务交换节点, 则所述业务交换节点在获得被叫用户的签约信息后, 向业务控 制节点发送触发请求, 所述业务控制节点具体包括:
接收单元, 用于接收业务交换节点发送的触发请求;
前转业务判断单元,用于根据所述触发请求判断所述被叫用户是否开通前 转国际号码业务, 并发送判断结果;
前转号码接续单元,用于在接收到前转业务判断单元发送被叫用户开通国 际号码业务的判断结果时, 将呼叫接续到预先设置的前转的国际号码上。
在另一种实施例中 ,如果归属位置寄存器将所述被叫用户的签约信息及设 置无条件前转指示反馈给业务交换节点, 则所述业务交换节点,在获取被叫用 户的签约信息的同时,获知被叫用户设置的无条件前传指示; 并向业务控制节 点发送包括无条件前传指示的触发请求。则所述业务控制节点处理包括所述接 收单元、 前转业务判断单元和前转号码接续单元外, 还包括:
无条件前转业务判断单元,用于判断被叫用户是否开通无条件前转号码业 务; 并发送判断结果;
无条件前传号码获取单元, 用于在接收到判断单元发送是的判断结果时, 从所述归属位置寄存器中获取所述被叫用户预先设置的无条件前传的前传号 码;
无条件前转号码接续单元, 用于根据所述获取的无条件前转的前传号码, 将呼叫接续到所述无条件前转的前转号码上。
优选的, 所述业务控制节点还包括: 优先级判断单元, 所述优先级判断单 元, 用于在无条件前传号码获取单元获取所述无条件前转的前传号码后,判断 所述前转的国际号码和无条件前转的前传号码的优先级,并将前转的国际号码 优先级高的判断结果发送给前转号码接续单元,将无条件前转的前传号码的优 先级高的判断结果发送给无条件前转号码接续单元;
所述无条件前转号码接续单元,还用于在接收到所述优先级判断单元判断 无条件前转的前传号码的优先级高的判断结果时,将呼叫接续到所述无条件前 转的前转号码上;
所述前转号码接续单元,还用于在接收到所述优先级判断单元判断前转的 国际号码的优先级高的判断结果时, 将呼叫接续到所述前转的国际号码上。
本实施例中,所述系统中各个单元的功能和作用的实现过程详见上述方法 中对应的实现过程, 在此不再在详细的描述。
本实施例通过在被叫用户的被叫流程中,判断所述被叫用户是否开通前转 国际号码业务, 若开通, 则将呼叫接续到预先设置的前转的国际号码。 进一步 还可以判断被叫用户是否开通无条件前传,如果开通, 则在获取无条件前传的 前传号码后, 判断前转的国际号码和无条件前传的前传号码的优先级, 并将呼 叫接续到优先级高的前转号码上。即本发明实施例在不修改国际关口局的情况 下, 利用业务控制节点的改号功能快速实现前转国际号码的功能。

若确定所述被叫用户开通前转国际号码业务, 则下发连接消息,在该连接 消息中携带呼叫的目的地址为被叫用户预先设置的前转的国际号码。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的将呼叫前转到国际号码的方法, 其特征在于, 若所述触发请求中包括无条件前转指示, 则所述方法还包括:
判断被叫用户是否开通无条件前转号码业务; 若是, 则获取被叫用户预先 设置的无条件前传的前传号码;
判断所述前转的国际号码和无条件前转的前传号码的优先级,并^^据判断 结果将呼叫接续到优先级高的号码上。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的将呼叫前转到国际号码的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据判断结果将呼叫接续到优先级高的号码上的过程为:
如果判断所述前转的国际号码的优先级高, 则下发连接消息,在该连接消 息中携带呼叫的目的地址为被叫用户预先设置的前转国际号码;
如果判断所述无条件前转的前传号码的优先级高,则直接下发接续信令消 息, 将呼叫直接接续到被叫用户预先设置无条件前转的前转号码上。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的将呼叫前转到国际号码的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
端局获取被叫用户的触发条件, 并向业务控制节点发送所述触发请求。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的将呼叫前转到国际号码的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取被叫用户的触发条件的过程为:
端局在接收到主叫用户呼叫被叫用户时,向归属位置寄存器请求被叫用户 的签约信息;
所述归属位置寄存器判断所述被叫用户是否设置无条件前转; 若是, 则将 所述被叫用户的签约信息及设置无条件前转指示反馈给端局; 否则,将所述被 叫用户的签约信息反馈给端局;
所述向业务控制节点发送所述触发请求的过程为:
若端局接收到归属位置寄存器反馈被叫用户的签约信息,则向业务控制节 点发送触发请求;
若端局接收到归属位置寄存器反馈被叫用户的签约信息及无条件前转指 示, 则向业务控制节点发送包括所述无条件前转指示的触发请求。
7、 一种将呼叫前转到国际号码的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收端局发送的触发请求;
前转业务判断单元,用于根据所述触发请求判断所述被叫用户是否开通前 转国际号码业务, 并发送判断结果;
前转号码接续单元 ,用于在接收到前转业务判断单元发送被叫用户开通国 际号码业务的判断结果时, 将呼叫接续到预先设置的前转的国际号码上。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述将呼叫前转到国际号码的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收单元在接收到端局发送的触发请求中包括:被叫用户无条件前转 指示; 所述装置还包括:
无条件前转业务判断单元,用于判断被叫用户是否开通无条件前转号码业 务; 并发送判断结果;
无条件前传号码获取单元, 用于在接收到判断单元发送是的判断结果时, 获取所述被叫用户预先设置的无条件前传的前传号码;
无条件前转号码接续单元, 用于根据所述获取的无条件前转的前传号码, 将呼叫接续到所述无条件前转的前转号码上。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述将呼叫前转到国际号码的装置, 其特征在于, 还 包括:
优先级判断单元,用于在无条件前传号码获取单元获取所述无条件前转的 前传号码后, 判断所述前转的国际号码和无条件前转的前传号码的优先级, 并 将前转的国际号码优先级高的判断结果发送给前转号码接续单元,将无条件前 转的前传号码的优先级高的判断结果发送给无条件前转号码接续单元;
所述无条件前转号码接续单元,还用于在接收到所述优先级判断单元判断 无条件前转的前传号码的优先级高的判断结果时,将呼叫接续到所述无条件前 转的前转号码上;
所述前转号码接续单元,还用于在接收到所述优先级判断单元判断前转的 国际号码的优先级高的判断结果时, 将呼叫接续到所述前转的国际号码上。
10、根据权利要求 7至 9任一项所述将呼叫前转到国际号码的装置,其特 征在于, 所述将呼叫前转到国际号码的装置集成在业务控制节点上。
11、 一种将呼叫前转到国际号码的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 业务控制节 点和业务交换节点, 其中,
所述业务交换节点, 用于在接收到主叫用户呼叫被叫用户时, 向归属位置 寄存器请求被叫用户的签约信息, 并获得被叫用户的签约信息, 向业务控制节 点发送触发请求;
所述业务控制节点, 用于在接收到业务交换节点发送的所述触发请求后, 判断所述被叫用户是否开通前转国际号码业务, 若开通前转国际号码业务, 则 将呼叫接续到预先设置的前转的国际号码上。
12、根据权利要求 11所述的将呼叫前转到国际号码的系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务控制节点包括:
接收单元, 用于接收业务交换节点发送的触发请求;
前转业务判断单元,用于根据所述触发请求判断所述被叫用户是否开通前 转国际号码业务, 并发送判断结果;
前转号码接续单元,用于在接收到前转业务判断单元发送被叫用户开通国 际号码业务的判断结果时, 将呼叫接续到预先设置的前转的国际号码上。
13、根据权利要求 12所述的将呼叫前转到国际号码的系统,其特征在于, 所述业务交换节点,还用于在获取被叫用户的签约信息的同时,获知被叫用户 设置的无条件前传指示;并向业务控制节点发送包括无条件前传指示的触发请 求。
14、根据权利要求 13所述的将呼叫前转到国际号码的系统,其特征在于, 所述业务控制节点还包括:
无条件前转业务判断单元,用于判断被叫用户是否开通无条件前转号码业 务; 并发送判断结果; 无条件前传号码获取单元, 用于在接收到判断单元发送是的判断结果时, 从所述归属位置寄存器中获取所述被叫用户预先设置的无条件前传的前传号 码;
无条件前转号码接续单元, 用于根据所述获取的无条件前转的前传号码, 将呼叫接续到所述无条件前转的前转号码上。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述将呼叫前转到国际号码的系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务控制节点还包括:
优先级判断单元,用于在无条件前传号码获取单元获取所述无条件前转的 前传号码后, 判断所述前转的国际号码和无条件前转的前传号码的优先级, 并 将前转的国际号码优先级高的判断结果发送给前转号码接续单元,将无条件前 转的前传号码的优先级高的判断结果发送给无条件前转号码接续单元;
所述无条件前转号码接续单元,还用于在接收到所述优先级判断单元判断 无条件前转的前传号码的优先级高的判断结果时,将呼叫接续到所述无条件前 转的前转号码上;
所述前转号码接续单元,还用于在接收到所述优先级判断单元判断前转的 国际号码的优先级高的判断结果时, 将呼叫接续到所述前转的国际号码上。
16、根据权利要求 11至 15任一项所述将呼叫前转到国际号码的系统, 其 特征在于, 还包括:
归属位置寄存器,用于在接收到所述业务交换节点请求被叫用户的签约信 息时, 判断所述被叫用户是否设置无条件前转; 若是, 则将所述被叫用户的签 约信息及设置无条件前转指示反馈给业务交换节点; 否则,将所述被叫用户的 签约信息反馈给业务交换节点。
