呼叫前转的方法、 设备及系统
本申请要求于 2008 年 4 月 25 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200810094003.0、 发明名称为"呼叫前转的方法、 设备及系统"的中国专利申请 的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信系统, 特别涉及呼叫前转的方法、 设备及系统。
背景技术
如果一个用户要和其他用户进行通信, 首先要在归属位置寄存器(HLR ) 中进行入网注册, 并进行相关业务的注册, 当需要为该用户提供通信服务时, 通过用户所在地的 MSC/HLR ( MSC: 移动交换中心)为用户提供服务。 当该 用户漫游到其他地区时, 则需要在其所漫游地区的拜访位置寄存器(VLR )中 进行用户信息登记, 则由其所漫游地区的 VMSC/VLR ( VMSC: 拜访移动交 换中心)来提供服务。
在一次呼叫过程中,如果被叫用户申请了相关的呼叫前转业务, 则会在用 户所在地的 HLR中记录该业务的相关信息。例如当被叫用户处于忙、无应答、 不在服务区等无法建立连接的状态下, 则会发生呼叫前转, 如果被叫用户设置 的呼叫前转号码为语音信箱地址、视频信箱地址或其他可用的通信号码, 则会 将本次呼叫前转到相应的前转号码。对于采用语音信箱或视频信箱作为前转号 码的情况,一般通过邮箱服务器为主叫录音或录像, 然后通过短消息通知被叫 用户。 当用户在其入网注册地区, 该呼叫前转将会由用户所在地的 MSC/HLR 完成,如果用户处于漫游状态,该呼叫前转将会由用户漫游地区的 VMSC/VLR 完成。
如图 1所示, 为一个移动用户漫游后, 作为被叫时, 产生呼叫前转的流程 图, 假定该移动用户设置了将呼叫前转到语音邮箱的业务, 该流程如下:
101、 用户到达漫游地区后, 在漫游地区的 VLR中进行用户信息的登记。
102、 漫游地区的 VLR接收用户信息的登记后, 向用户归属地的 HLR发 送位置更新消息。
103、 用户归属地的 HLR记录接收到的位置更新消息中的相关信息。
104、 用户归属地的 HLR将用户申请的业务信息发送到漫游地区的 VLR, 其中一个重要的信息就是用户在其归属地 HLR申请的呼叫前转业务, 主要包 括触发呼叫前转的条件, 以及呼叫前转号码。
105、 所述用户作为被叫用户, 由主叫用户向该用户发起呼叫请求, 为主 叫用户提供服务的 MSC/HLR (或者 VMSC/VLR ) 向被叫用户的归属地 HLR 请求漫游号码。
106、 被叫用户的 HLR收到主叫用户 MSC的请求漫游号码后, 向被叫用 户漫游地的 VMSC/VLR请求漫游号码, 并向主叫用户的 MSC/HLR (或者 VMSC/VLR )返回请求得到的被叫用户的漫游号码。
107、 为主叫用户提供服务的 MSC/HLR (或者 VMSC/VLR )根据获取到 的漫游号码呼叫被叫用户, 此时, 该呼叫被接续到被叫用户漫游地的
VMSC/VLR。
108、 被叫用户漫游地的 VMSC/VLR向被叫用户发起呼叫请求。
109、 若被叫用户忙、 无应答或者不在服务区, 则会向被叫用户漫游地的 VMSC/VLR返回一个响应, 该响应中包含被叫用户忙、 无应答或者不在服务 区等无法建立连接的信息。
110、被叫用户漫游地的 VMSC/VLR将该呼叫请求接续到被叫用户的呼叫 前转号码。
通过上述流程可知, 目前的呼叫前转是由被叫用户归属地的 HLR和被叫 当前所在地的 VMSC/VLR配合实现的。 用户漫游到 VMSC/VLR时, VLR从 HLR获得用户定制的业务情况, 然后当用户作为被叫发生上述情况时, VMSC 将主叫的呼叫前转到前转号码。
在实施本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有呼叫前转的功能至少存在如下缺 陷:
当用户漫游到国外时, 通过用户漫游地的 VMSC/VLR进行前转, 会造成 较高的长途费用。 另夕卜, 由于 ISUP ( ISDN User Part, ISDN用户部分)信令 在穿越国际关口局时,往往由于话路经过多个中间运营商的国际关口局,会导 致主叫号码和原被叫号码丟失。那么当呼叫前转到国内时, 网络无法根据原被 叫号码找到被叫用户归属的邮箱服务器。
发明内容 本发明的实施例提供一种呼叫前转的法、设备及系统, 以使漫游的被叫用 户发生呼叫前转时, 能够节约部分长途费用。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例釆用如下技术方案:
一种被叫用户的呼叫前转方法, 包括:
接收监控实体报告的被叫用户无法建立连接事件;
向呼叫发起实体发送被叫用户前转号码;通知所述呼叫发起实体将呼叫接 续到所述被叫用户前转号码。
一种被叫用户的呼叫前转系统, 包括:
监控实体, 用于向呼叫前转控制实体报告被叫用户无法建立连接事件; 呼叫前转控制实体,用于在接收监控实体报告的被叫用户无法建立连接事 件后, 向呼叫发起实体发送被叫用户前转号码; 并通知呼叫发起实体将呼叫接 续到所述被叫用户前转号码。
一种呼叫前转控制实体, 包括:
接收单元,用于接收到主叫用户的监控实体报告的被叫用户无法建立连接 事件;
发送单元, 用于根据接收到的被叫用户无法建立连接事件, 向呼叫发起实 体发送被叫用户前转号码,通知所述呼叫发起实体将呼叫接续到所述被叫用户 前转号码。
一种网络设备, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收被叫用户无法建立连接事件, 并用于接收呼叫前转控 制实体发送的被叫用户前转号码;
发送单元, 用于将被叫用户无法建立连接事件发送到呼叫前转控制实体; 呼叫发起单元, 用于向被叫用户前转号码请求呼叫连接。
一种监控实体, 其特征在于包括:
接收单元, 用于从呼叫发起实体接收被叫用户无法建立连接事件, 并用于 接收呼叫前转控制实体发送的被叫用户前转号码;
发送单元, 用于将被叫用户无法建立连接事件发送到呼叫前转控制实体, 并用于将所述的被叫用户前转号码发送到呼叫发起实体,以便所述呼叫发起实 体将呼叫接续至所述被叫用户呼叫前转号码。 由上述技术方案所描述的本发明的实施例,在被叫用户处于无法建立连接 的状态时, 由监控实体发现该状态后, 报告给呼叫前转控制实体, 通过呼叫前 转控制实体,控制呼叫发起实体将呼叫直接接续到所述被叫用户前转号码,可 见,本发明实施例避免了由被叫用户所在地的拜访移动交换中心,将呼叫接续 到所述被叫用户前转号码。如果将本发明实施例运用到被叫用户处于漫游状态 的呼叫前转中,将节省从拜访移动交换中心接续到被叫用户前转号码的长途费 用, 特别是当用户处于国外漫游时, 将节省昂贵的国际长途费用。 由此, 以本 发明实施例的方案替代现有技术中 HLR提供的呼叫转移, 从而减少了前转的 成本。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例在被叫用户处于无法建立连接的状态时,通过控制主叫用户 的呼叫发起实体将呼叫接续到被叫用户的前转号码,从而实现呼叫前转,避免 了由被叫用户所在地的拜访移动交换中心,将呼叫接续到所述被叫用户前转号 码。若被叫用户处于漫游状态,釆用本发明实施例实现从主叫侧到前转号码的 呼叫前转, 将节约从拜访移动交换中心接续到被叫用户前转号码的长途费用。
上述对主叫用户的呼叫发起实体控制可以通过智能网 (IN, Intelligent
Network )来实现, 智能网技术是目前广泛应用在电路域(以下称 CS域)通 信网络中的一种业务提供体系, 如 PSTN (公共交换电话网络)、 GSM (全球 移动通信系统)、 WCDMA (宽频码分多址)、 CDMA (码分多址)等核心通信 网中都运用了 IN提供业务。 通过在核心通信网中引入业务交换点(SSP ), 使 核心通信网与上层智能网业务设备相连。智能网作为通信网的高层业务网, 能 够为通信网生成和实现各种新业务。
如果某用户 B申请了被叫的 IN业务, 则需要在用户 B的 HLR中预先登 记智能业务的用户签约信息( CSI, Camel Subscriber Information ), 通过 IN提 供业务的具体过程如下: 当主叫用户向用户 B发起呼叫时, 主叫用户的 MSC 从用户 B的 HLR中得到 CSI数据, 得知用户 B申请了智能网业务; 则主叫用 户的 MSC按照 IN呼叫处理流程, 即向用户 B所属的业务控制点( SCP )发送 初始检测点 ( IDP , Initial DP ) 消息, 触发该呼叫流程到智能网; 从而建立了 主叫用户 MSC与 IN之间的控制关系。
当被叫用户所在地的 MSC发生被叫用户的忙、 无应答或不在服务区等无 法建立连接的情况时,可以将被叫用户无法建立连接的信息传递到主叫用户的 MSC, 并通过主叫用户的 MSC上艮到 IN, 后续呼叫可以在 IN控制下进行处 理。
在实际运用时触发 IN业务的方法不限于上述通过 CSI的方式触发, 还可 以采用其他触发方式, 例如: 通过 GMSC (移动网网关局)进行触发, 具体触 发的运用详见实施例。下面结合附图对本发明呼叫前转的方法及设备的实施例 进行详细描述。
实施例 1:
本实施例公开了一种被叫用户的呼叫前转方法, 如图 2示, 该方法具体包 括如下步骤:
201、 在主叫用户的呼叫发起实体接收到被叫用户的拜访移动交换中心返 回的被叫用户无法建立连接事件后,由监控实体监控到所述的被叫用户无法建 立连接事件, 并且该监控实体将被叫用户无法建立连接事件向智能网报告;
202、 智能网根据接收到的被叫用户无法建立连接事件, 向所述呼叫发起 实体发送被叫用户前转号码;
203、智能网通知所述呼叫发起实体将呼叫接续到所述被叫用户前转号码。 对应于上述被叫用户的呼叫前转方法,本实施例还提供一种被叫用户的呼 叫前转系统, 如图 3所示, 该系统包括: 位于主叫用户所在地的呼叫发起实体 31 , 用来监控的监控实体 33 , 以及用来控制呼叫前转的呼叫前转控制实体 32。 当呼叫发起实体 31接收到被叫用户无法建立连接事件后 (如: 被叫用户 忙、无应答或者不在服务区等),可以通过监控实体 33监控到被叫用户无法建 立连接事件后,该监控实体 33会向呼叫前转控制实体 32报告被叫用户无法建 立连接事件。 呼叫前转控制实体 32在接收到被叫用户无法建立连接事件后, 向所述呼叫发起实体 31发送被叫用户前转号码;并通知呼叫发起实体 31将呼 叫接续到所述被叫用户前转号码。
如图 4所示, 上述呼叫前转控制实体包括: 接收单元 41和发送单元 42。 其中, 如果主叫用户的呼叫发起实体接收到被叫用户的拜访移动交换中 心,返回的被叫用户无法建立连接事件后, 该呼叫发起实体将被叫用户无法建 立连接事件向该控制实体报告; 控制实体中的接收单元 41接收到所述被叫用 户无法建立连接事件后, 通过发送单元 42向所述呼叫发起实体发送被叫用户 前转号码, 并通知所述呼叫发起实体将呼叫接续到所述被叫用户前转号码。
如图 5所示, 本实施例还提供一种网络设备, 包括: 接收单元 51、 发送 单元 52、 呼叫发起单元 53。
其中, 接收单元 51能够从被叫用户的拜访移动交换中心接收被叫用户无 法建立连接事件; 并通过发送单元 52将被叫用户无法建立连接事件发送到呼 叫前转控制实体。 呼叫前转控制实体在接收到被叫用户无法建立连接事件后, 向呼叫发起实体发送被叫用户前转号码; 呼叫发起实体通过接收单元 51接收 到被叫用户前转号码后, 通过呼叫发起单元 53向被叫用户前转号码请求呼叫 连接。 图 5所示的网络设备可以是移动交换中心, 也可以是移动网网关局。
本实施例还提供一种监控实体, 包括接收单元和发送单元, 其中接收单元 从呼叫发起实体接收被叫用户无法建立连接事件;然后通过发送单元将被叫用 户无法建立连接事件发送到呼叫前转控制实体。 同时, 本实施例中的接收单元 还接收呼叫前转控制实体发送的被叫用户前转号码;然后通过发送单元将所述 的被叫用户前转号码发送到呼叫发起实体,以便于所述呼叫发起实体将呼叫接 续至所述被叫用户呼叫前转号码。 由上述方案所述的本发明实施例,在呼叫前 转控制实体接收到被叫用户无法建立连接事件后,向呼叫发起实体发送被叫用 户前转号码, 并控制将本次呼叫接续到被叫用户前转号码。 由于在接续到被叫 用户前转号码时, 没有直接通过被叫用户拜访的移动交换中心完成, 而从主叫 用户的呼叫发起实体直接将呼叫接续到前转号码,从而省去了被叫用户拜访的 移动交换中心到前转号码之间的长途费用。 即, 以上述本发明实施例的方案替 代现有技术中 HLR提供的呼叫转移方案, 减少了前转的成本。
实施例 2:
本实施例是针对主叫用户的呼叫发起实体和监控实体为移动交换中心时, 该被叫用户的呼叫前转方法的具体实现过程,并且本实施例中通过智能网中的 业务控制点 (SCP ) 实现呼叫前转控制。
在实现本实施例之前, 首先要求被叫用户申请相关的智能网呼叫前转业 务, 这样 SCP就会为被叫用户提供呼叫前转业务, 其中 SCP中记录了设定的 前转号码, 并且还在被叫用户的归属位置寄存器中,记录有关用户申请智能网 呼叫前转业务的 T-CSI (终结 CSI )。 如图 6所示, 该被叫用户的呼叫前转方法 包括如下步骤:
601、主叫用户向被叫用户发起呼叫,此时主叫用户可能也处于漫游状态, 也可能处于主叫用户的归属地,所以主叫用户可能通过其归属地的移动交换中 心 ( OMSC )向被叫用户发起呼叫, 也可能是通过其他网络(如其漫游地的拜 访移动交换中心)向被叫用户发起呼叫。 本实施例中情况为: 主叫用户在归属 地, 通过 OMSC向被叫用户发起呼叫。
602、 主叫用户的 OMSC向被叫用户的 HLR发起 SRI (发送路由信息) 操作, 以请求向被叫用户发起呼叫, 或者获取相应的被叫用户的漫游号码 ( MSRN ) 以便通过 MSRN向被叫用户发起呼叫。
603、 由于被叫用户处于漫游状态, 并且在 HLR中记录了该被叫用户申请 智能网呼叫前转业务的 T-CSI, 所以, 被叫用户的 HLR向主叫用户的 OMSC 返回 i己录的 T-CSI。
604、 主叫用户的 OMSC接收到上述的 T-CSI后, 得知被叫用户申请了智 能网业务, 所以根据所述的 T-CSI触发将本次呼叫通过智能网来处理, 即向智 能网中提供业务的 SCP发送初始监测点消息 ( IDP )。
605、 SCP接收到 IDP消息后, 开始处理本次呼叫, 即向 OMSC发送一个 监控请求, 以便监控 OMSC是否接收到被叫用户无法建立连接事件, 一般在 被叫用户忙、无应答或不在服务区时, OMSC会接收到被叫用户无法建立连接 事件,本实施例中的监控请求通过 RRBE (请求报告基本呼叫状态)消息实现。
606、 SCP向 OMSC发送一个呼叫继续指示, 以便 OMSC继续下面的呼 叫流程。
607、 主叫用户的 OMSC再次向被叫用户的 HLR发起 SRI (发送路由信 息)操作, 获取相应的被叫用户的漫游号码(MSRN ) 以便通过 MSRN 向被 叫用户发起呼叫。
608、 被叫用户的 HLR 接收到本次 SRI 后, 向被叫用户漫游地的 VMSC/VLR发起获取 MSR 的请求。
609、 所述 VMSC/VLR向被叫用户的 HLR返回一个应答, 并携带被叫用 户的 MSRN。
610、 由于上次的 SRI操作已经返回了 T-CSI, 所以本步骤中被叫用户的 HLR向主叫用户的 OMSC返回被叫用户的 MSRN。
611、 主叫用户的 OMSC根据被叫用户的 MSRN, 向所述 VMSC/VLR发 起呼叫请求。
612、所述 VMSC/VLR接收到呼叫请求后, 向被叫用户发起呼叫请求, 一 般在被叫用户应答时建立相关连接,按照现有呼叫流程处理。对于被叫用户处 于忙、 不在服务区, 或者被叫用户无应答等无法建立连接的状态, 按照本实施 例方法处理。
613、 由于被叫用户无法建立连接, 所以所述 VMSC/VLR向主叫用户的 OMSC返回被叫用户无法建立连接事件, 并拆除与主叫用户的 OMSC之间连 接。
614、由于 SCP向主叫用户 OMSC发送了监控请求, 以监控被叫用户无法 建立连接事件, 所以, 主叫用户 OMSC通过基本呼叫状态事件报告(ERB, Event Report BCSM )上报被叫用户无法建立连接事件,并悬置呼叫,等待 SCP 的指示。
615、 SCP根据 IDP信息判断被叫用户已经漫游, 并且不能与被叫用户建 立连接, 需要将本次呼叫接续到被叫用户的前转号码, 并且在 SCP 中已经记 录了被叫用户的前转号码, 所以, SCP向主叫用户 OMSC发送被叫用户的前 转号码, 并指示主叫用户 OMSC将被此呼叫接续被叫用户的前转号码。 所述 的前转号码可以是语音信箱、视频信箱或其他可用号码, 本实施例中被叫用户 设定了一个语音信箱 (VM, Voice Mail )。
616、 主叫用户 OMSC将本次呼叫接续到被叫用户设定的前转号码, 即语 音信箱, 接下来的录音流程由 OMSC和语音信箱配合完成。
本实施例通过智能网中的 SCP对被叫用户的呼叫前转进行控制, 使得在 被叫用户不能建立连接时, 直接通过主叫用户的 OMSC将本次呼叫接续到被 叫用户的前转号码, 如语音信箱等。 这样可以节约从被叫用户漫游的 VMSC 接续到前转号码时发生的长途费用。 并且, 本实施例通过主叫用户的 OMSC 信网络对迂回路由的处理量。
本实施例中通过主叫用户的 OMSC进行接续前转号码, 由于前转号码记 录在 SCP中的, 并且 OMSC可以通过 SCP可以获得前转号码, 所以, 在采用 ISUP信令进行业务触发时, 本次呼叫可以接续到前转号码。
本实施例需要用户申请通过智能网控制呼叫前转的业务,可以用在被叫用 户处于漫游状态时进行呼叫前转, 包括国内漫游和国外漫游。这种通过被叫用 户的 T-CSI触发智能网控制的方式, 针对申请该项业务的被叫用户有效, 可以 节约服务器端的业务处理量。
实施例 3:
本实施例是针对主叫用户的呼叫发起实体和监控实体为移动网网关局时, 该被叫用户的呼叫前转方法的具体实现过程,并且本实施例中通过智能网中的 业务控制点(SCP ) 实现呼叫前转控制实体。 由于移动网网关局所接收到的呼 叫请求是根据被叫用户的 MSRN发出的, 所以移动网网关局可以确定本次呼 叫是属于漫游呼叫, 可以直接将本次呼叫交由 SCP控制, 以便实现在被叫用 户无法建立连接时, 能够节约呼叫前转时的长途话费。 如图 7所示, 该被叫用 户的呼叫前转方法包括如下步骤:
701、主叫用户向被叫用户发起呼叫,此时主叫用户可能也处于漫游状态, 也可能处于主叫用户的归属地,所以主叫用户可能通过其归属地的移动交换中 心(OMSC )向被叫用户发起呼叫, 也可能是通过其他网络(如其漫游地的拜 访移动交换中心)向被叫用户发起呼叫。 本实施例中情况为: 主叫用户在归属 地, 通过 OMSC向被叫用户发起呼叫。
702、 主叫用户的 OMSC向被叫用户的 HLR发起 SRI (发送路由信息) 操作, 以请求向被叫用户发起呼叫, 或者获取相应的被叫用户的漫游号码 ( MSR ) 以便通过 MSRN向被叫用户发起呼叫。
703、 被叫用户的 HLR接收到 S 1后, 向被叫用户漫游地的 VMSC/VLR 发起获取 MSR 的请求。
704、 所述 VMSC/VLR向被叫用户的 HLR返回一个应答, 并携带被叫用 户的 MSRN。

707、 由于通过 GMSC建立连接的呼叫都是由于被叫用户处于漫游状态, 需要智能网对本次呼叫进行控制, 故而 GMSC向智能网的 SCP发送一个初始 检测点消息( IDP ), 以触发 SCP对本次呼叫的监控。
708、 SCP接收到 IDP后, 开始处理本次呼叫, 即: 直接向 GMSC发送一 个监控请求, 以便监控 GMSC是否接收到被叫用户无法建立连接事件。 一般 在被叫用户忙、无应答或不在服务区时, GMSC会接收到被叫用户无法建立连 接事件, 本实施例中的监控请求通过 RRBE (请求报告基本呼叫状态)消息实 现。
709、 SCP向 GMSC发送一个呼叫继续指示, 以便 GMSC继续下面的呼 叫流程。
710、 GMSC根据被叫用户的 MSRN, 向所述 VMS 7VLR发起呼叫请求。
711、 所述 VMSC/VLR接收到呼叫请求后, 向被叫用户发起呼叫请求, 一 般在被叫用户应答时建立相关连接,按照现有呼叫流程处理。对于被叫用户处 于忙、 不在服务区, 或者被叫用户无应答等无法建立连接的状态, 按照本实施 例方法处理。
712、 由于被叫用户无法建立连接, 所以所述 VMSC/VLR向主叫用户的 GMSC返回被叫用户无法建立连接事件, 并拆除与主叫用户的 GMSC之间连 接。 713、由于 SCP向 GMSC发送了监控请求, 以监控被叫用户无法建立连接 事件, 所以, GMSC通过基本呼叫状态事件报告 ( ERB , Event Report BCSM ) 上报被叫用户无法建立连接事件, 并悬置呼叫, 等待 SCP的指示。
714、 SCP直接向 GMSC发送被叫用户的前转号码,并指示主叫用户 GMSC 将被刺呼叫接续被叫用户的前转号码。所述的前转号码可以是语音信箱、视频 信箱或其他可用号码, 本实施例中被叫用户设定了一个语音信箱(VM, Voice Mail )。
715、 GMSC将本次呼叫接续到被叫用户设定的前转号码, 即语音信箱, 接下来的录音流程由 GMSC和语音信箱配合完成。
可替代地, 当呼叫发起实体为移动网网关局, 监控实体为中间设备时, 本 发明实施例具体可以为: GMSC通过中间设备与 SCP通信, 具体通信过程与 步骤 701至步骤 706—致, 对于后续处理流程步骤 707到步骤 714, 可以采用 图 8所示的流程代替, 具体描述如下:
1、 GMSC接收到呼叫请求后, 先向中间设备发送智能网信令中的初始地 址消息(IAM )。
2、 中间设备接收到 IAM消息后, 根据这个 IAM消息向 SCP发送 IDP消
3、 SCP向该中间设备发送一个监控请求, 以便实现中间设备监控 GMSC 是否接收到被叫用户无法建立连接事件。 本实施例中的监控请求通过 RRBE (请求报告基本呼叫状态 ) 消息实现。
4、 SCP向中间设备发送一个呼叫继续指示。
5、 中间设备将该呼叫继续指示转发给 GMSC, 以便 GMSC继续下面的呼 叫流程。
6、 GMSC根据被叫用户的 MSRN, 向所述 VMSC/VLR发起呼叫请求。 7、 所述 VMSC/VLR接收到呼叫请求后, 向被叫用户发起呼叫请求, 一般 在被叫用户应答时建立相关连接,按照现有呼叫流程处理。对于被叫用户处于 忙、 不在服务区, 或者被叫用户无应答等无法建立连接的状态, 按照本实施例 方法处理。
8、 由于被叫用户无法建立连接, 所以所述 VMSC/VLR 向主叫用户的 GMSC返回被叫用户无法建立连接事件, 并拆除与主叫用户的 GMSC之间连 接。
9、 由于 SCP向中间设备发送了监控请求, 以监控被叫用户无法建立连接 事件, 所以, GMSC通过 ERB向中间设备上报被叫用户无法建立连接事件, 并悬置呼叫。
10、 中间设备将所述被叫用户无法建立连接事件通过 ERB上报给 SCP。
11、 SCP向中间设备发送被叫用户的前转号码, 并向中间设备发送指示主 叫用户 GMSC将呼叫接续被叫用户的前转号码的指令。
12、 中间设备将被叫用户的前转号码和指令转发给 GMSC。
13、 GMSC将本次呼叫接续到被叫用户设定的前转号码, 即语音信箱,接 下来的录音流程由 GMSC和语音信箱配合完成。
本实施例通过智能网中的 SCP对被叫用户的呼叫前转进行控制, 使得在 被叫用户不能建立连接时, 直接通过主叫用户的 GMSC将本次呼叫接续到被 叫用户的前转号码, 如语音信箱等。 这样可以节约从被叫用户漫游的 VMSC 接续到前转号码时发生的长途费用。
本实施例中通过主叫用户的 GMSC进行接续前转号码, 由于前转号码记 录在 SCP中的, 并且 GMSC可以通过 SCP可以获得前转号码, 所以, 在采用 ISUP信令或者智能网信令进行业务触发时, 本次呼叫可以接续到前转号码。
本实施例可以在被叫用户处于漫游状态时进行呼叫前转,包括国内漫游和 国外漫游。 本实施例中触发智能网控制中, 没有采用 T-CSI, 而是对每个经过 GMSC的呼叫都通过 SCP来控制, 不需要用户申请该项呼叫前转的业务, 为 用户带来了较多的方便。
实施例 4:
本实施例提供一种被叫用户的呼叫前转系统, 包括:监控实体和呼叫前转 控制实体, 其中监控实体向呼叫前转控制实体报告被叫用户无法建立连接事 件; 呼叫前转控制实体在接收到被叫用户无法建立连接事件后, 向呼叫发起实 体发送被叫用户前转号码;并通知呼叫发起实体将呼叫接续到所述被叫用户前 转号码。上述的监控实体要能够向呼叫前转控制实体报告被叫用户无法建立连 接事件, 实现要进行设定, 具体为: 通过呼叫前转控制实体向监控实体发送监 控请求, 请求监控实体监控被叫用户无法建立连接事件。
对应于上述实施例 2, 本实施例中主叫用户的监控实体和呼叫发起实体可 以通过主叫用户的 OMSC实现; 所述 OMSC从被叫用户归属位置寄存器接收 被叫用户的签约信息,并根据被叫用户的签约信息触发所述呼叫前转控制实体 向监控实体(即主叫用户的移动交换中心)发送监控请求。 其中, OMSC作为 主叫用户的呼叫发起实体和监控实体, 主要包括如图 5所描述的接收单元 51、 发送单元 52以及呼叫发起单元 53。 对于其中各个单元的具体描述详见实施例 1中对图 5的描述, 此处不再赘述。
对应于实施例 3 , 本实施例中主叫用户的监控实体和呼叫发起实体可以通 过主叫用户的 GMSC实现; 所述 GMSC从主叫用户移动交换中心收到被叫用 户的漫游号码, 并触发所述呼叫前转控制实体向监控实体(即 GMSC )发送监 控请求。
其中, GMSC作为主叫用户的呼叫发起实体和监控实体, 主要包括如图 5 所描述的接收单元 51、发送单元 52以及呼叫发起单元 53。对于其中各个单元 的具体描述详见实施例 1中对图 5的描述, 此处不再赞述。
本实施例中被叫用户的呼叫前转系统也可以采用如下方式组建:呼叫发起 实体通过主叫用户的 GMSC实现,而监控实体通过中间设备实现。所述 GMSC 通过所述中间设备连接到呼叫前转控制实体, 所述 GMSC通过该中间设备, 触发所述呼叫前转控制实体向所述中间设备发送监控请求。
在实施例 2和实施例 3中均需要通过 SCP对呼叫进行控制, SCP作为一 种呼叫前转控制实体, 如图 4所示, 具体包括: 接收单元 41和发送单元 42。
在具体实现时, 需要发送单元 42事先向主叫用户的呼叫发起实体发送监 控请求, 请求监控主叫用户的呼叫发起实体接收到被叫用户无法建立连接事 件。
这样,在主叫用户的呼叫发起实体接收到被叫用户的拜访移动交换中心返 回的被叫用户无法建立连接事件后,该呼叫发起实体会自动将被叫用户无法建 立连接事件向该控制实体报告; 控制实体中的接收单元 41接收到所述被叫用 户无法建立连接事件后, 通过发送单元 42向所述呼叫发起实体发送被叫用户 前转号码, 并控制所述呼叫发起实体将呼叫接续到所述被叫用户前转号码。 本实施例中的呼叫前转控制实体除了通过 SCP实现以外, 也可以通过其 他方式实现, 例如: 通过一个单独具有 SCP相应功能的设备。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发 明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件,但 很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质 机软件产品存储在可读取的存储介质中, 如计算机的软盘, 硬盘或光盘等, 包 括若干指令用以使得一台设备 (可以是服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明 各个实施例所述的方法。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于 此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到 的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围 应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种被叫用户的呼叫前转方法, 其特征在于包括:
接收监控实体报告的被叫用户无法建立连接事件;
向呼叫发起实体发送被叫用户前转号码;通知所述呼叫发起实体将呼叫接 续到所述被叫用户前转号码。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的被叫用户的呼叫前转方法, 其特征在于, 在接 收监控实体报告的被叫用户无法建立连接事件之前, 该方法还包括:
向监控实体发送监控请求, 请求监控实体监控被叫用户无法建立连接事 件。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的被叫用户的呼叫前转方法, 其特征在于, 所述 呼叫发起实体和所述监控实体为主叫用户的移动交换中心,在所述向监控实体 发送监控请求之前, 该方法还包括:
所述主叫用户的移动交换中心从被叫用户归属位置寄存器接收被叫用户 的签约信息;
所述主叫用户的移动交换中心根据被叫用户的签约信息触发呼叫前转控 制实体向主叫用户的移动交换中心发送监控请求。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的被叫用户的呼叫前转方法, 其特征在于, 在接 收监控实体报告的被叫用户无法建立连接事件之前, 该方法还包括:
主叫用户的移动交换中心通过被叫用户归属位置寄存器获取被叫用户的 漫游号码;
所述主叫用户的移动交换中心根据被叫用户的漫游号码向被叫用户拜访 的移动交换中心发起呼叫请求;
所述主叫用户的移动交换中心从所述被叫用户拜访的移动交换中心接收 到被叫用户无法建立连接事件。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的被叫用户的呼叫前转方法, 其特征在于, 所述 触发呼叫前转控制实体向主叫用户的移动交换中心发送监控请求为:通过综合 业务数字网用户部分信令触发所述呼叫前转控制实体向所述主叫用户的移动 交换中心发送监控请求。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的被叫用户的呼叫前转方法, 其特征在于, 所述 呼叫发起实体和所述监控实体为主叫用户的移动网网关局,在所述向监控实体 发送监控请求之前, 该方法还包括:
所述移动网网关局从主叫用户移动交换中心收到被叫用户的漫游号码; 所述移动网网关局触发呼叫前转控制实体向所述主叫用户的移动网网关 局发送监控请求。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的被叫用户的呼叫前转方法, 其特征在于, 所述 呼叫发起实体为主叫用户的移动网网关局, 所述监控实体为中间设备, 所述移 动网网关局通过中间设备连接到呼叫前转控制实体,在所述向监控实体发送监 控请求之前, 该方法还包括:
所述移动网网关局从主叫用户移动交换中心收到被叫用户的漫游号码; 所述移动网网关局通过中间设备触发所述呼叫前转控制实体向所述中间 设备发送监控请求。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的被叫用户的呼叫前转方法, 其特征在于, 在接收监控实体报告的被叫用户无法建立连接事件之前, 该方法还包括: 所述移动网网关局根据被叫用户的漫游号码向被叫用户拜访的移动交换 中心发起呼叫请求;
所述移动网网关局从被叫用户拜访的移动交换中心接收到被叫用户无法 建立连接事件。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的被叫用户的呼叫前转方法, 其特征在于, 所述 触发呼叫前转控制实体向所述主叫用户的移动网网关发送监控请求包括:通过 智能网信令触发所述呼叫前转控制实体向所述移动网网关局发送监控请求。
10、根据权利要求 7所述的被叫用户的呼叫前转方法, 其特征在于, 所述 触发呼叫前转控制实体向中间设备发送监控请求包括:通过综合业务数字网用 户部分信令触发所述呼叫前转控制实体向中间设备发送监控请求。
11、 一种被叫用户的呼叫前转系统, 其特征在于包括:
监控实体, 用于向呼叫前转控制实体报告被叫用户无法建立连接事件; 呼叫前转控制实体,用于在接收所述监控实体报告的被叫用户无法建立连 接事件后, 向呼叫发起实体发送被叫用户前转号码; 并通知呼叫发起实体将呼 叫接续到所述被叫用户前转号码。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的被叫用户的呼叫前转系统, 其特征在于, 所 述呼叫前转控制实体还用于向监控实体发送监控请求,请求监控实体监控被叫 用户无法建立连接事件。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的被叫用户的呼叫前转系统, 其特征在于, 所 述呼叫发起实体和监控实体由主叫用户的移动交换中心实现;所述移动交换中 心从被叫用户归属位置寄存器接收被叫用户的签约信息,并根据被叫用户的签 约信息触发所述呼叫前转控制实体向主叫用户的移动交换中心发送监控请求。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的被叫用户的呼叫前转系统, 其特征在于, 所 述呼叫发起实体和所述监控实体由主叫用户的移动网网关局实现;所述移动网 网关局从主叫用户移动交换中心收到被叫用户的漫游号码,并触发所述呼叫前 转控制实体向移动网网关局发送监控请求。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的被叫用户的呼叫前转系统, 其特征在于, 所 述呼叫发起实体由移动网网关局实现, 所述监控实体由中间设备实现, 所述移 动网网关局通过所述中间设备连接到呼叫前转控制实体,所述移动网网关局通 过该中间设备, 触发所述呼叫前转控制实体向所述中间设备发送监控请求。
16、 一种呼叫前转控制实体, 其特征在于包括:
接收单元,用于接收到主叫用户的监控实体报告的被叫用户无法建立连接 事件;
发送单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收到的被叫用户无法建立连接事件, 向呼叫发起实体发送被叫用户前转号码,通知所述呼叫发起实体将呼叫接续到 所述被叫用户前转号码。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的呼叫前转控制实体, 其特征在于:
所述发送单元还用于向主叫用户的监控实体发送监控请求,请求监控主叫 用户的呼叫发起实体接收到被叫用户无法建立连接事件。
18、 一种网络设备, 其特征在于包括:
接收单元, 用于接收被叫用户无法建立连接事件, 并用于接收呼叫前转控 制实体发送的被叫用户前转号码;
发送单元, 用于将被叫用户无法建立连接事件发送到呼叫前转控制实体; 呼叫发起单元, 用于向被叫用户前转号码请求呼叫连接。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的网络设备, 其特征在于, 该网络设备为移动 交换中心或移动网网关局。
20、 一种监控实体, 其特征在于包括:
接收单元, 用于从呼叫发起实体接收被叫用户无法建立连接事件, 并用于 接收呼叫前转控制实体发送的被叫用户前转号码;
发送单元, 用于将被叫用户无法建立连接事件发送到呼叫前转控制实体, 并用于将所述的被叫用户前转号码发送到呼叫发起实体,以便所述呼叫发起实 体将呼叫接续至所述被叫用户呼叫前转号码。
